The worst customer service ever. I see why a lot of contractors don't use them anymore. We will never use them again. As a contractor in the area and already use other suppliers that far succeed the help and expectations of ourselves and customers, I'd expect this company to try the same. I'm not downing all of the branches and won't call out the two main people in the doylestown branch but it's def because of them that myself, my company, and other contractors i know don't want to deal with them.
Sorry to say it on here but from what I've been told by even people in the company that these two bad apples have had many complaints but they are " untouchable " My family and grandfather always loved dealing with your company over the years. Sincerely. Jarrett weaver.

WARNING! Under no circumstances should you order anything from Marvic Supply Co. Firstly, they do not treat their customers with any respect. Just calling to order products is impossible as those answering the phones have constantly just hung up, disconnected or not answered, even when calling back numerous times, which has been a problem over at least the past year.
Their attitudes are extremely poor, especially "Tom" who even called me a name over the phone (1313), and the locations seem to be very poorly managed. Go elsewhere if you expect any customer service decency. I will continue to warn against buying from these people and their thug-like agents answering the phones.

It's been 2 weeks since my wife went to this place for a simple quote. She startwd with Vinny he measured the window that we needed replaced 4 DAYS Later she calls him to follow-up. Still no quote- he tells her that he would call her in an hour. Never happened! The next day she asked to speak with a manager and was forwarded to the VM. He calls back (Jordan) the same day, takes all of the info AGAIN.
A week later and she has yet to hear back. I can't even comment on the quality of product cause the staff and customer service has been so poor. Don't waste your time, I would recommend Tom Adams in Southampton - great customer service and reasonable prices

We purchased construction materials years ago, quite a hefty purchase, and had the same lousy experience with Arrogant salesmen that deliberately tried to embarrass me with my concerns or questions. We Never will go back to Doylestown store. Quakertown manager is wonderful. I can only hope the male employees have improved, but it's the leadership that sets the standard. The sign doesn't say wholesale distributors, not open to the public.

Never have I gone there for supplies where the workers did not make you feel like a complete idiot for asking if they have a part. It is a very strange idea that you come to a store and they roll your eyes when you are not sure of the technical term for an item you are thinking of getting, as if my business is not needed there. There are about 10 people working there, most if not all of them have a terrible attitude to the customers which it appears are not many when I have to go in this place.
