Piedmont Composites & Tooling is a multi-faceted composites company. We are unique in that we are not limited to one product line or process. Our business was founded in the architectural composites industry and this area remains a strong product line. Since the mid 1990's we have branched out into other areas of the composites industry. Through training and experience, we have increased our product lines to include: composites tooling, commercial products, and O.E.M. component parts. Architectural Division manufactures Church Steeples, Baptistries, Wall Crosses, and Cupolas.

Piedmont Fiberglass was founded in 1972 by Phares and Carrie Caudle. The business was based on a simple business plan of treating people fairly and being honest in all of your actions. This simple but powerful way of doing business remains the cornerstone of our company. Today a new episode in Piedmont Fiberglass's history is starting.
The Open Molding Department features 4 chopper guns that are supplied by a 53,000 gallon bulk resin system. Other features are a back coating system and a hand lay up station. Our Gel-Coat Department features a temperature controlled storage and pump room. The gel-coat is sprayed via 8 color pumps and 2 gun booms.
From hand built wooden plugs to working with precision machined composites masters, Piedmont Composites & Tooling can bring your project to life. Our Tooling Department Craftsmen have an average of 20 years experience. Our experience ranges from single use "one off" molds to high volume high temperature molds and everything in between.
Our Original Equipment Manufacturers (O.E.M.) Division manufactures component parts for other companies. With 170,000 square feet of space, Piedmont Composites & Tooling has the capacity to run multiple production lines with multiple parts. Our production capacity is not limited to one lamination method (see below).

Piedmont Composites has been a great place to work for me. It has changed hands and names since I started little over 6 years ago. 10 hours a day 4 days a week is awesome and really good pay. I'm thankful God blessed me with this job. If you're willing to work then maybe it would be good fit for you as well.
