Don't waste your time. All these insulation companies are busy. As I have had to call each of them more than twice! I was able to talk to Bob after my second call to City Wide. He was going to come to my moms house on a Monday. He had all her info. Talked to mom and no one came out. Called Tuesday, "she is on my list to call." Called me back for her phone number.. "I'll call her now." And he never did.

**Haven't used this co personally but our neighbor did and she couldn't be more satisfied with their work. She said: They were professional, curteous and the price was about same as other companies. She chose Citywide because this is a local business thats been in Shakopee for years, the owners and it's employees contribute to the city's economy & charities. I think we ALL should support our local businesses.
