Even though they didn't have the tile I was looking for - which was not very surprising since I'm trying to replace a tile from the mid 1950s - Judi was extremely helpful in helping me identify it, checking with an individual she knew who might have it, and finally connecting me with another store out of the area that specializes in discontinued tiles.

A fairly good place to purchase tiles, however the employees need to work on their customer service skills because it is obviously in need of improvement.

Open for limited hours during COVID--call ahead. Friendly and efficient service. Judi took time to help us pick out tile for two rooms, gave advice for technique and made sure we didn't forget anything like grout and bullnose! She clearly knows a lot about tile and the installation process. We placed order, got a call to confirm details, a call the next week to pick up.

It was pouring rain when we picked up and the staff efficiently put all the boxes in the car, secured it all for a safe ride, checked everything off the list to be sure we hadn't missed a box. Great customer service, knowledgeable, flexible. Will definitely go back for our next project!

Best place for buying tiles. Even though it's small, you can see a lot of options and get expert advice. Prices are good, too!

I walked into Tilearama not knowing what tile I really wanted for my bathroom floor. and I liked MOST of the tile in the store. So much tile packed in that store! Well, thanks to Judy who listened to my likes and dislikes then pointed me to a few choices. I took samples home and decided on one. She suggested the grout and the threshold piece too. Without her, I would still be there picking out tile and changing ny mind then picking out tile, then changing, etc, etc. The tile was installed and it is a perfect classic look with 12 ceramic tile in a marble pattern. This place is the best. Super large selection, very knowledgeable staff. They know what styles are a good value and what aren't. Tiles arrive typically within a week and pricing is very competitive.

I was referred to this tile shop by people I work with. I was hopeful they could help me locate a suitable replacement for a tile that is over 100 years old but when I got there with the information I had I was promptly told I was wrong, what I had asked for didn't exist and that I didn't know how to measure tile. They didn't try to point me in any direction or offer a constructive suggestion on how to find what I needed, they just turned their back to me and picked up the phone and called a friend to continue a conversation they were having before I arrived, they weren't very friendly or helpful.

I went to another tile shop right away and the helpful ladies there knew exactly what I was looking for, matched up the tiles and even had it in stock! The tile that "doesn't exist" at tilerama was in stock at another tile shop. So to sum it up, I wouldn't suggest tilerama, unless you're looking for a painful tile selection experience.
