As an authorized Linear dealer, we stock a variety of garage door opener parts & accessories, which are not available through the DIY stores.

I have purchased and installed 6 garage doors and openers from CW Miller over the years. These were all for my own residence. I have purchased everything from them, doors, door stops, extra seals, extra remotes, belts. So then a torsion spring broke on one of my doors I of course called CW Miller (4/5/2022). I told the gentleman (sarcasm) on the phone that I would like to buy new torsion springs.
He said ""We don't sell springs". I said "really? I have the plastic CW Miller tag from when I bought them from you. It is your tag and has wire size, diameter, length." Again he just says "We don't sell springs". I asked "Is there a company that you would recommend, that might have springs?" He rudely say "No, you'll have to look yourself." I said "Thanks" and hung up. CW Miller reps. are very nice and helpful when I am spending thousands of dollars buying doors and such.
I was courteous, he was just a jerk! I guess manners are a thing of the past. I always try to support small business buy local. Unfortunately my business will now go to Amazon. Thanks for nothing CWM.

I contacted CW Miller to fix a garage door issue. The gentleman that came out to help, knew just about as much as I did on garage doors. He didn't know what the codes meant nor how to fix. I called CW's customer service help and just as others have stated on these reviews, the woman was a total jerk. She hung up on me and said she could not help. Would not use these people to sweep my floor. Very unprofessional and very rude. Do yourself a favor and down waist your time. 2 Thumbs way down!

I arranged to have a garage door opener installed. The install tech showed up and informed me I needed to have an outlet run to the opener. Fair enough, but I was never informed of that and had incorrectly assumed an opener installation meant they ensured power to the unit. When I called to tell CWMiller about my experience, I was met with a condescending "service" rep.
She suggested the problem was miscommunication and that perhaps she should have had her crystal ball in front of her. She also asked me how many times I voted for Hillary! Stay Away from C.W.Miller

I purchased two garage door systems from CW Miller several years ago and called the company because one of the door was opening on it's own. I called to see if this was an issue that CW Miller could help me with as their web site indicated that they are did garage door repairs. I was told that there was no warranty which I understood. I was frustrated but I asked if we could set up a repair visit.
I was told no but was given another company to deal with. I was on the road and had forgotten the name and number of that company. When I called CW Miller to get that information I wad told "they knew me and didn't want to talk to an ass____ and hung up the phone on me. Not quite, " the customer is always right." I did attempt to talk to the owners but the reception people would not connect me so this is the only way I can express my disappointment. Hugh Westwater

I just encountered possibly the rudest, most "customer no service" individual I have ever talked to on the phone. I hope the owners recorded the call and review it later. I just asked for someone to come out and check on a garage door that does not close completely after they installed the opener. It is out of warranty, yes. Did she explain it to me in a nice way, no.
Then I got the 3rd degree and interrogated as to why I didn't call sooner. And this is going to be $80 service charge. And I don't believe you when you say it has always been this way. And "get your story straight". RUDE RUDE RUDE & TOTALLY IGNORANT! No way to treat a customer EVER, I don't care how right you think you are! I see I am not the first UNHAPPY customer.

I needed a garage door remote for my Mom's garage & wan't sure which model I'd need. The woman who answered the phone was so helpful, figured out the universal remote would work & shipped it out immediately. Saved me from guessing, ordering, waiting & returning one that wouldn't do the job. Thank you!
