Woke up to the unpleasant discovery that my car had been broken into. The right passenger window had been totally knocked out. I called Boston Glass and they were very courteous and helpful. Brought the car down and only a few hours later had my car 95% glass-free and with a new window! At about $200, the price was very fair and I would absolutely recommend the service.

I am so glad that someone referred me to this company. They are the best. Their customer service is excellent, very nice and professional. Just two hours after I called, the serviceman was already here to measure my store front window. About 1 hour later, they sent me an email about the cost. They also had a schedule to come in to replace the broken window within a day later.

They did an awesome job fixing a broken glass in a window at a reasonable price. The staff was very responsive and courteous. Definitely would use them again and recommend them.

These guys were great! They have incredible customer service. I bought a pane of old Restover Plus historic glass that was just 1/4" too wide. So, I visited this shop to see if they can trim off that extra bit. They were happy to try, but since I didn't buy the glass through them, and it was a risky procedure, they said they would do it as long as I understood it may split and they can't be held responsible.

I was happy to agree. It was that or have a useless piece of glass that wouldn't fit my window. They trimmed it with skill, no breakage. They even did all this for free since it was just a 30" cut on a small piece of glass. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for a good glass shop! If I ever need glass again, then I am going to them.

These guys are awesome. They made the process of getting my windshield replaced easy. They helped me file a claim with my insurance and took care of all the paperwork for me. They were fast and efficient and even offered me coffee or water as I waited for my car to be done. I recommend going here for any of your glass needs!
