Arkins Park Stone is a family owned stone business aquired by Neil and Judy Sprague that has been in business since the 1980s. Coming from four generations of quarrying Neil Sprague worked with his father in the late 1940s and then decided in the late 1950s he wanted to further on his venture with the minining industry.Judy and Neil Sprague married in 1952, the Spragues started with purchasing two other quarries before they made the purchase on Arkins Park Stone. Having such a history with the quarry industry they put all of their efforts into Arkins Park Stone solely because they knew how satisfied customers were with the product from the color to the durability.
Services
Arkins Park works with many different landscapers to supply material for home owners and large contractors. We also work directly with home owners to help supply them with the right material for their landscaping needs. Arkins Park has helped with many large commercial projects throughout the Colorado region from malls, stores, parks/recreation, schools, commercial real estate, etc. We are able to provide a larger amount of materials needed for these projects and strive to meet all standards on the scope of these larger projects.
Arkins Park has worked with both builders and architects in Colorado, California, Montana, Wyoming and other states to supply material for homeowners that are having their homes custom built. Not only have supplied product for their homes to be built with but also other amenities they were in need of such as; pools, fire pits, patios, etc.

We found Dominic, Project Manager and Tony in the Fabrication Shop to be totally customer friendly and excellent in assisting my wife and me in obtaining individual character boulders for our new home courtyard and in completing a unique and custom fabricated stone fountain. My wife and I live nearby, and have for many years. My family has used the quarry over a number of decades, and my wife has purchased over $10,000 in stone over the last few years. Lately, while building a new house, we have had numerous problems with Dominic-calls not being returned, prices being changed on invoices, late deliveries, etc. The yard guys are great, but Dominic is running a once reputable business into the ground.
