I had trouble getting my point across as to what I wanted done to the boards that I wanted ripped, needed to explain several times, I don't know maybe an off day, while they wore masks, they didn't cover both nose and mouth, even though the sign on the door talks about wearing masks

I received great service from Beyers Lumber & Hardware. I needed to change my license plate that was severely rusted. The screws were so rusted that the process took over thirty minute. Tom (I forgot the workers actual name) provided excellent customer service. We explored multiple removal options with little success. Finally, Tom had to drill into the screw in order to remove it.

After we changed the license plate. Tom only changed me a dollar for the new screws that I bought. I expected to pay more for labor cost, but Tom was satisfied with just helping. Great people and great service at Beyers Lumber & Hardware.
