I understand there is a shortage of help but I have use this company several times and was surprise their service call person is on the verge of completely incompetent. The front desk person needs an attitude change and should be fired ASAP. Its one thing to do your job, but to make excuses to a long term customer why your not doing your job with an attitude "I really don't care" is flat ridiculous. My advice to you is "FIND ANOTHER COMPANY". Things have changed for the worst here and this one will leave you hanging and flat doesn't care.

Sante Fe Glass sent Josh out to look at our picture window problem for an estimate. To our surprise, and honestly our delight, Josh identified and fixed the leak no charge. His professional integrity and service-oriented approach earns this business 10 stars! This is the second time we've worked with Santa Fe, they replaced the glass in two old Rolox windows with ease and expertise. Water leaking inside, destroying sheetrock and framing, is a BIG headache and we can't say enough good things about how Santa Fe made the worries disappear.

Don't shop here. I gave them a window frame to have the glass replaced. A week later I called to find out where my window was because it was estimated to be done. They confessed that a large order got put in line in front of me and they would try to have it done in a week. That would put my project out an additional week! Then the icing on this unethical cake is they said it still might not be ready then! So unless you have the most money and the biggest account don't go here. If you do you should expect what you get. The founders Santa Fe Glass would be ashamed I'm sure.

Call the day before ask could they get this taken car of they said yes. They was almost two hours late they said they had more important things to do. So they can try to get to me tomorrow. This very poor guest service I would never used them. I.wish I could gove them 0zero. I really felt like I was not importamt at all. When someone tell you about other job they have to do and I will have to wait. I set the appointment before them.wow

When I lived in Lee's Summit, Santa Fe Glass made about 4 different furniture protectors consisting of 1/4 thick glass cut to match the top surface of various pieces of furniture. The prices were very reasonable. The glass has held up over 13 years of use; the wood surfaces of my furniture pieces which were underneath the glass protector are perfect; not a scratch after all these years.
Well worth the expense if you have any valuable furniture; the protector glass adds many years to the life of the furniture. I just moved to Leawood and I am having Santa Fe create some new protectors for some new pieces in my new house.

Santa Fe is a little expensive compared to big box stores, so I'm not sure I would buy from Santa Fe what I could get at, say WalMart or At Home. Still, they have made custom tops for my two office conference tables and two desks (4 orders over several years). These were done at a reasonable price. Excellent quality. They would be my first, perhaps only choice if I needed glass done right or any custom job.

Ordered 8 glass circles and they were priced MUCH cheaper than I'd anticipated. The man I spoke with was thorough, courteous, and professional. He could've rushed to have my order ready the same day, but I didn't need them that quickly. We agreed on Monday morning. Early Monday he called to let me know my order was ready. They came wrapped vary carefully and included cork spacers between each price. I'm am incredibly impressed with their level of service!

I dropped by just to see if the could take a look at my windshield to see if it was reparable. It was and they squeezed me in without an appointment! The did a great job and did so quickly. I do recommend an appointment though because they were busy and I wasn't sure they were going to be able to squeeze me in. It was also very affordable at $50. Yea! Much cheaper than a new windshield.

I had them install a windshield in a fairly old, fairly unusual car that was not a show queen or high dollar collectible. Nevertheless, they tracked down the glass and window gasket and had it installed at a fair price and with care. Solid work. I wish I had some witty, super interesting review for you here, but basically you drop the car off and pick it up with a new windshield. Pretty straightforward.
