I went there earlier this week for a problem that I was having with my AO Smith gas water heater and Bob took his time with explaining to me exactly how I had to install my vent system to avoid the backdraft problem I was having! Bob had all the parts that I needed in stock! Bob's employee Fito is amazing as well as all his other employees. I then took a good friend of mine there and Bob took care of him with his AO Smith gas water heater problem which was still under warranty! Bob once again took his time in explaining to us exactly what to do. Moving forward both of us will only deal with Westchester Square Plumbing Supply for ALL our Plumbing needs! Bob and ALL his employees are simply AMAZING!

Very helpful staff although finding items take longer than a NY minute, I like that they've taken the time to organize inventory behind the counter area. They have a good stock selection and can order others quickly. Please open later on evenings & weekends!
