Emily at Windshutters is such a pleasure to work with when setting up service or installation. She is very personable and thoughtful and always tries to accommodate. We have had several projects over the years with Windshutters, and all of the technicians have done excellent work.

We had Windshutters install impact accordion hurricane shutters several months ago on all of our windows and sliding doors. The installers did a fantastic job in every way.very professional and with attention to detail, right down to painting each fastener to match the shutters! We had occasion to need them with Tropical Storm/Hurricane Eta, which gave a pretty good blow to Sarasota on Nov.11, 2020.

They were SO easy to close and lock and we felt a great sense of security as the storm passed through. When we opened them back up after the storm, one of them was stuck closed. We called Windshutters and they were here THE NEXT DAY and repaired the stubborn shutter. GREAT SERVICE and a great product! We highly recommend Windshutters and thank Bill Spindell and his crew for doing a fantastic job to keep us safe!

Jon and Bill did an excellent job installing our shutters. The price was good, the made to fit/locally built shutters are of excellent quality, and everything went smoothly (despite the guys having to make several trips up to St Pete to get it all done). We also used this company for our last house on St Pete Beach and they beat local competitors' prices hands down, and were flexible in letting us do some of the work in adding motors to older shutters.

From Jeff, the sales person who promptly answered every question and email, the installers, John and Rick who were meticulous and thorough, to the friendly and responsive office staff, our experience with Windshutters could not have been better. Received my first estimate in February, finally had hurricane shutters installed in mid-July! Be patient, there is very big demand for these services after hurricane Irma. It can be frustrating trying to call the office as the phones are always busy, but just be patient they will call you back. The great customer service is worth it! Everyone from the person that provided the initial estimate to the owner/contract, to the office staff and the installer were very friendly, personable and professional. I highly recommend Windshutters of Westcoast Shutters of Florida for your home.
