Solar screens were ordered, custom built and neatly installed by Ryse on all our exterior windows. Despite our supply chain worries, work was completed within 3 weeks of signed contract and deposit. Appearance is better than expected and we immediately noticed cooler temps which will lower our electric bill. We plan to use Ryse again as we support local businesses that are familiar with local needs and local budgets.

Hope to give 5 stars next time, but minor hiccups of delayed bid (their internet was down) and surprise arrival of installer (no prior notification - - fortunately, we were home) gives them 4 stars. In our experience, all Ryse staff were outstanding.

In 2015 Ryse Construction was hired to do repairs after we had water damage in our park model. Forward to 2021, we decided to completely remodel the bathroom. Back in 2015 in the contract the tub was to be detached and reset and dry wall replaced. Our new contractor started demoing the bathroom and behind the walls where the shower is, it is nothing but black mold.

Obviously it was not dried out and no dry wall was installed. We live in very nice resort down the street from Ryse Construction and word of month is what helps to keep a company going. I'm just happy that we decided to remodel the bathroom this year before we had a larger problem. The floor beneath the tub had completely disintegrated. We paid for a job that was totally not completed.

Over the years, Ryse Construction has done numerous projects on my park model home. I have been totally satisfied with the quality of their work. They stand behind their work and were totally willing to come back afterward to fix any problems that arise.

Following a porch fire at my manufactured home, I was referred to Ryse Construction by the insurance adjustor. Robbie was very thorough in assessing the damage to my home. He checked the roof, because the firefighters had to cut through both the roof and the ceiling of one room. He assessed the damage and made notes. I asked him for a second estimate on several repairs I wanted to have done on a separate invoice and he was helpful in suggesting alternatives; such as installing utility doors in existing drywall panels rather than replacing the panels.

The doors will facilitate access to pipes if there are plumbing issues at some future time. Robbie took the time to review the estimate with me and explain the timetable for the project. He was professional and polite. It is clear that he is experienced in all aspects of construction. In terms of customer service, Robbie or a staff member contacted me by telephone and email before the project began.

Once the project began, Robbie visited the site. The crew was on time, professional, easy to talk with and kept the site clean and organized. I am extremely happy with the excellent quality of the work and the level of professionalism shown at every level by this company. My home looks better than it did the day I moved in and my porch is much nicer than my original porch. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the area who is looking for a qualified remodel, renovation or repair to their home.

I contacted Robbie Ryse about doing a kitchen remodel on my manufactured home. He came out right away and bid the job. He was very adamant that he do the entire project or none. I agreed to have him do my work. I was to furnish everything and he would take care of all the labor. I agreed and I purchased everything and he came out to my house with the updated estimated cost agreement which he signed and left with my understanding that he would start the job.

After all my purchases and scheduling cabinets and flooring I receive a text from him that he can't do my remodel. No explanation no returned calls no response to voicemails just nothing. I was left with everything purchased and no one to do the job. Needless to say I will never do business with Ryse Construction and advise no one else do business with him either. He should not be in business at all.

I called Ryse Construction and Rob answered the phone. Very impressive that the owner would answer. I was referred to them because they work on Manufactured homes. I explained to Rob that I wanted an estimate to remove and repair the insulation and the AC duct work under my home and that I also had a electrical issue underneath. He asked what happened and I told him our wash flooded our home.

He asked about my floor and I said yes I need to replace the floor but I will do that, so you don't have to worry about it. Rob then said yes I do because I do the whole project not just the bad parts. I said I just need an estimate on the underneath. He said I can give you an estimate but that doesn't mean I will do the work. I never had a contractor or service person ever talk to me like that. He made it sound like I worked for him. Thankfully it never went passed a phone conversation.

Daphne and her team are simply awesome to work with. I need not look any further when planning Arizona projects.

Ryse construction worked on my grandparents mobile home. Guys were rushed from the owner saying he didn't want to pay over time. Yet when you hire them to paint things they get paint all over the side of vanity, not caulk in corners, paint from the old wall color bleeding through, not paint the baseboards, no caulking in nail holes from installing door casing, not paint side of the actual door that they were hired to paint the door but said well the boss didn't say to paint the side of the door. Needless to say they have no attention to detail at all.

No project management or pride in any finishing quality just slap it up and get out. All these things can easily be fixed by having some integrity and charge the extra few hours to complete these steps so it doesn't show that you are sloppy or rushed. I am a professional handyman and can look at the job and see all the rushed mistakes at this job.

Maybe the next job will have better quality to detail and project manage better but only the next customer will know after they "complete" a job and see all the unfinished or almost done things that should of been completed.
