This company is a complete rip-off. We ordered a $1500.00 light and returned it. No refund although I was told the "check was in the mail". I asked for light to be returned told it was but would not provide tracking number. James Dennis and his incompetent crew are frauds that have absolutely no customer service and I'm out $1500.00 and no light!

My name is Joshua Chisolm and I can honestly tell you this company and their lights are some of the most unique and custom lanterns made. The owner James is a great man of integrity and respect who takes pride in all lanterns that are custom built at the shop and installed or shipped by the employees George and Lena. The experience of learning the trade where a flat piece of copper is taken and shaped into a custom ordered lantern is amazing, I had no clue that coppersmiths were still around it's truly an art when the creation of these lanterns are created. I recommend this company to take care of all your lighting needs.

My recent experience ordering a pair of gas lights from Charleston Lighting was excellent. I found their selection to be of great quality as well as beautiful, and the personal attention that I got in deciding which lighting to choose made the process all the more easy. It was also very nice dealing with a local business, and, to top it all off, delivery was smooth and efficient as promised! Thank you Charleston Lighting.
