We have used this company frequently in the past year, and this last time ordering I was not pleased with my experience. I was given the contact for my order from someone in my office that had excellent experience with them, but when I ordered from Patricia she acted like I was a total bother and that it was a pain to help me. The ordering process was also not smooth like it had been for my coworkers in the past. Not sure what the deal was, but hoping others feel like their business is appreciated and not a drag!
