We've now ordered two glass coffee table tops for two different tables two years apart from Parthenon Glass. Both times I called around and found the best prices here. The service is very friendly. It's quick and easy to get an estimate over the phone and they text you to let you know when you can pick your glass up. I'm a big fan.

We needed a glass top for our new old coffee table. I called with the measurements, got a price, was told I'd get a call when it was ready. They called the next day and held the piece for us until we could pick it up several days later. The glass was unwrapped so we could inspect/measure it and then it was wrapped up and loaded in to our car. Service was friendly, professional, and the prices were reasonable. We will be using them again.

I needed a glass cover made for a very old (antique) coffee table. It is an irregular shape so I couldn't get it measured myself. I had a terrible time with other companies, who either didn't return phone calls, or failed to show up for appointments. I then found this company, and I couldn't be happier. Very pleasant service, great followup, and the glass was cut perfectly (and even delivered for free). Highly recommend!

Awesome customer service. Wanted to replace my kitchen cabinet door glass. They cut two pieces for me for 1/3rdthe price quoted to me in NJ. We tried to be handy and insert ourselves ruining the frosted glass with silicone. Not only did they tell me to come in again and cut the replacement glass for me for free, they also didn't want me to pay for the placement into the cabinet doors. You hardly ever meet businesses like this these days! 10 stars!

I would rather cut off all of my fingers then use this place again. I've had glass cut for many projects before (mirror, large and small pieces for frames, table tops) at different shops and never had a bad experience before. Recently I moved and was looking for a new place to do my glass. I saw a guy on the elevator in my building who was wearing a Parthenon Glass jacket.
He was pretty cranky, which should have been my first clue, but he gave me their card and I figured I would give them a shot. How big a deal can getting glass cut be? Had 2 small pieces of glass to have cut for table tops. Had to come back 3 times because they kept messing up. The woman who works there, Anna, was extremely unpleasant. Really bad customer service, really bad communication.
She kept neglecting to tell me things and then yelling at me "Dan't ewe spick eenglish?!". I was getting really frustrated so I asked for a refund so I could go some place else, but I had paid cash because their credit card machine wasn't working so she wouldn't give it to me, even with the receipt. When my stuff was finally ready to pick up, it wasn't wrapped up and she wouldn't wrap it for me.
She said nobody was there to do it. Keep in mind that these are not large pieces, only about 16x16. They had a roll of brown paper out, but she refused to do it, so I had to put 2 freshly cut pieces of glass in my car with nothing to protect them from breaking or scratching. I got them home and they weren't even cut right. At this point I will just go out of my way to use one of the places I've gone to before.
