I can not express enough how amazing my experience has been with Desmond. I spent a fair amount of time researching various brands, seeing cabinets at big box stores abs in friends and family homes. I ask a lot of questions and spend a good bit of time considering before large purchases. Desmond wholesale has gone beyond meeting my expectations. My first meeting with Chris was wonderful.

He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, personable and came with samples after some options had been narrowed down. He knew a great deal about the products, details about construction, materials and lead time. All very important in a Reno project. He spent a great deal of time on my floor plan, adjusting it to meet my expectations while also guiding gently when design and function need to be adjusted.

Communication has been amazing. I visited the showroom easily to view product again and to match hardware and tile selection. Just a lovely personal experience. I highly recommend this wonderful family run business. You really can't beat the personal experience and of course absolutely no pressure to go above budget. I am so grateful that my contractor knew what I was looking for in product and connected me with Desmond wholesale.

Absolutely wonderful and seamless experience buying semi-custom cabinets for a major kitchen renovation. Chris Hartzell came to see our space, walked us through the entire process, did all the measurements (twice) designed a beautiful and functional layout, helped us select a cabinet style that we love and that fit with our budget, worked through several design problems with us, made sure we ordered all the filler and molding that we needed, worked closely with our architect and contractor, made sure that what we ordered worked with our appliance choices, helped us pick out the various inserts, and made sure everything was done right and done on time.

He also stored our cabinets for several weeks when our project was delayed due to COVID, helped us select hardware, helped us find a similar but less expensive cabinet for the laundry room, was flexible and helpful when we had a mid-project "change", and on top of all of this, was always available and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Desmond designed our kitchen for us. The lay out they drew up was amazing and we are loving the new cabinets they supplied for us. Top-notch company - Bill and Don were a pleasure to work with.

Chris paid a great deal of attention and was very patient as we explored different cabinet makers, styles, etc. He was very prompt and professional in coming to our house to measure the kitchen, paid a lot of attention to details. and was very good about answering all of our questions. The installation proceeded without a hitch and the kitchen is beautiful.

His attention do detail (he came out and measured 3 times during construction to make sure the sink would be perfectly centered on the window) made everything work out perfectly.
