Todd and his team build a great custom home, overall very happy with the build quality and process. Where there is some room for improvement is in the communication and planning stages of the build. Take the time to ask questions and be prepared to do a lot of project management on your own in order to keep things on track and in your budget.

Customer beware! Todd Brown contracted for his company would replace our windows, siding, and roofing but failed to complete the job.after missing the insurance deadline; we lost over $90,000. All Todd left us with was broken promises. I have another friend that had a similar experience, Todd waited over 1 year to bill the insurance company so the claim was denied.
