Started with a quote of $2,100 and then they disclosed that the original price did not include install or delivery. Why would you put a price for a product that a huge majority would expect done in the first place? Whatever. Sent me an estimate and in the fine print (why fine print when there is plenty of room to make the information the same font size so people can easily read it?) stated that the demo cost and removal is not included in the estimate.

When I requested the cost of demo and removal the president refused to disclose the cost of demo and removal. When I explained that I need to have an idea of all costs, Mr. President ( he listed himself as the president of the company, I'm guessing to let me know there is no point to complain up) informed me he won't do business with me because "our price mindsets are different".

I told him I've never been politely fired as a customer and I'm 56 years old. He replied he's been in business for 46. I am sure they probably do good work, but to treat me like he did for simply requesting all costs of a project prior to paying 50% of the costs reflect arrogance and my need to share this with others. Lots of people can install countertops. I went somewhere else and I am glad I did.

Received a quote for our project. When I asked what the additional $50.00 delivery charge was for I promptly received a response stating that he was withdrawing the proposal. I called the owner (Gary) and he stated that he was not going to honor our proposal in that it was not a large enough project for them. Strange in the way he was happy to do the job when he was at our house and was sure they could handle it. Only after I question the add ons that he pulled his quote. Not a good way to conduct a business.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Their product is build to stand the test of time. We opened a new 20 unit hotel this past May which Cabinets by Robert did all our nightstands and custom wardrobes/desk areas. They helped us come up with a design that completed the look we were going for. Time frame from design to installation was only 3 weeks. We will certainly recommend and go to them again for future projects.

I had our countertop installed by them. They did a good job except for the seam by the sink wasn't even. I was told it would be okay. It wasn't long b4 water made the seam swell. I called and was told they will send someone to check it. No one ever got back with me. Called again and again no response. I had to dry the countertop at the seam and the swelling reduced some, then I sealed seam with super glue.

Still uneven, not happy with the money I spent and the result. I recommend you not do business with this company. They took my money and never looked back. Bad business practice.

It was a great experience the staff was attentive and knowledgeable. There estimate came in at a much better price with better quality cabinets. I would recommend them to anyone.

Love cabinets by Robert.just started picking out cabinets and counter tops. Holly is awesome! She listens, patient and has great suggestions with no pressure. I will keep you posted how it all goes. Kathy

We needed to replace All the hinges on our kitchen cabinets. We were not able to find the hinges at any of the big box stores. I found Gary at cabinets by Robert and he went the extra mile to find the hinges. Jill came to our home and replaced all 35 hinges in our kitchen. She did an excellent job. Both Gary and Jill Provided great customer service.

The sales person sold me cabinets that were not what I requested. The cabinets were poorly constructed. I should have walked when the salesperson treated me like I was a burden. What seemed like value turned into a huge mistake. I spoke with the owner and still didn't resolve issues! They promised so many things but did not deliver. I was told the lead time for the cabinets was 4-5 weeks. It was actually 8 weeks.

Poor customer service. Changed design without notifying me. Fixed a few problems but not all, would not come and check on concerns. Would return phone calls, always going to stop next week, never did. Did not return last phone call, got their money so they must be done. Never to fix last issue. Would not recommend them to anyone. Again poor customer service, have never been treated so poorly!
