I recently remodeled my beach house and put shutters throughout the house. From start to finish( in a very short period of time) the sales people and installers were terrific! They were courteous, knowledgeable, very helpful and extremely neat! I would use them again and again!

Great experience with Yocum. The gentleman who came to measure was very professional and knowledgeable. The installer came out shortly after and hung the shutters in no time! We recently had Plantation Shutters installed by Yocum Shutters & Blinds. Our experience started with Jim Yocum who was extremely helpful, and responsive to every question. The associate who does the measuring guided me through the options, and left me with the confidence that the measurements and my selections were perfect. The installation crew, as well, were excellent.

The end result is a great experience and our home looks beautiful as a result. If you want Plantation Shutters, you definitely need to work with Yocum Shutters & Blinds. They are pros.

I have shopped at Yocum's in West Chester for more than 10 years for window and skylight shades. They are knowledgeable about their products, come to the home to measure sizes needed before ordering and then install. There are no worries for the homeowner! Staff is unfailingly professional, cheerful, helpful and always treat you as a valued customer.

I had a wonderful experience with Yocum. They explained, in detail, why what I was looking for was a waste of money. They were able to provide me with blinds at literally half the cost of what I was originally expecting. It was a day or three to have the team out and measuring my windows and then about 3 more weeks until the blinds were ready to install. Took maybe about 20 minutes to measure and about an hour to install 5 blinds. It was a quick and painless (other than my wallet. cellular blinds are worth it, though) process.

We ordered plantation blinds, pleated cordless shades for several windows in our home, and skylight blinds. The process was very easy and everyone we encountered was very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Great communication from start to finish, too. We are happy with our purchases!

We ordered shades for our bedrooms and shutters for one bathroom and blinds for another; we've had them for over a year now, and all the items we ordered were very well made and we've been very pleased with the quality. Recently, we had a guest (a child) who must have accidentally pulled one side of a shade too hard, and the repair was covered by the warranty--their service was very helpful and we received the repaired shade, working good as new, back quickly. We are now ordering more blinds from Yocum for the rest of our windows!

When I decided to have plantation shutters installed in my new house, I had four vendors come out to bid on the project. The first scheduled was Yocum. That experience was awesome; their experience, courtesy and professionalism eclipsed all of the following vendors. When I reviewed the bids, I found that Yocum definitely provided the best price for the best quality shutters and installation.

When listening to the other vendors about how they would install the shutters, I knew Yocum was the way to go; they do not cut corners or use sub-par materials. Well, my shutters are PERFECT. My house looks fabulous. I could not be happier! Yocum has my highest recommendation.
