Bel Shower Door

A driver of their vehicle decided to try and take up both turn lanes and was within inches of smashing into my car and running me off the road! When I was side by side with them the two gentleman were laughing and having a great time at my expense over the whole situation.

I purchased a new home and this company is the one they use. I spent close to 6k through them buying a glass shower enclosure for our master bathroom. The door is severely warped and has an opening of 1 that we can't get shut. Their response? Use your thumb to close it better. It doesn't close, I showed them multiple times and it clicks when you attempt to close it, and they are saying this is within industry standards. Don't use this company, whatever you do. This is a huge waste of money.

Completely incompetent company. They provided the framed mirrors for our new house and they had to come to our house at least 8 separate times to try to replace damaged mirrors, but they kept showing up with damaged ones or ones that were the wrong color. In addition their mirrors are terrible quality and extremely dangerous. One of their mirrors had the frame shatter (likely the poor quality frame unable to support the weight of the mirror) causing the mirror to come crashing off the wall. Thankfully no one was in the room when it happened, we could have been seriously injured or killed had we been standing in front of it. Stay away from them!

Driving north on I 25, Their company car was weaving in and out of traffic cutting people off and failed to use their blinker five times. Very reckless. If they do the rest of their business like they treat the people on the road, I'm not interested!

Very possibly the worst company I've ever done business with. Incredibly unprofessional, and I would never recommend under any circumstances. Today, Bel decided to no-show an appointment that was confirmed earlier in the day. This is the fifth time they have no-showed to replace our shower door. When their techs came out to remove the shower door several weeks back, they put a huge hole in our ceiling without even acknowledging it or taking responsibility. I've never seen such poor customer service in my life - they should be embarrassed. If I could give zero stars, I would. Take your business elsewhere.

Per their website I submitted the details and measurements for getting a quote on a frameless shower. After a week passed I called and asked for an update since there was no response. I was told we are too busy now to respond to any new requests so sorry we cant help you. Wow, amazing that they dont want business.

It's a shame that this business has gone to hell. Will never ever use them again! I am a professional that his been remodeling for almost 30 years and have rarely seen this kind of complacent attitude when it comes to correcting their mistakes. Witnessed one of your trucks deviating from their lane while traveling north on highway 25 today, at one point nearly hitting a guard rail. After passing the truck the driver was clearly using his phone. Dangerous and Tacky! It's a marvel any delivery from QXQ-727 made is safe.

Bel Shower replaced our builders grade framed brass shower door several years ago with a semi frameless door. It looks as good today as the day they installed it. Now we are ready to do a full remodel and will use them again.

Bel Shower Doors was recommended to me by someone I trust. I called and ended up working with Ryan Webster as the guy I was referred to is no longer there. Ryan set up an appointment for me, which I had to reschedule. On the reschedule date, toward the end of my "appointment window, " no one had come. I called the company only to be told that 9 people didn't show up to work that day and they weren't coming. Ryan was out of town until 4 days later and the receptionist wouldn't let me set up another appointment until he was back.

She said he'd call me. He never did. Definitely won't use them; what an unreliable and horrible let down. I'll be sure to pass it along to the person who referred to me. I'm going to go to Lowe's. Better service there.

Needed to replace my shower enclosure for my Master Bath and Kevin from Bel Shower Door was extremely helpful. They were able to squeeze me in so that they can give me an accurate quote. if you are in need to replace your Shower door or enclosure, I would definitely call Bel Shower door. Everyone else was significantly higher at least 35 to 75% higher that their quote. Thank you so much for your help and quick response Bel Shower Door. James
