At KASO, every step of our new product introduction process was created to ensure finished designs address all aspects of design and production so you can get your products to market quickly and economically. We begin by putting each new design through a Design for Manufacture (DFM) review with a cross functional team that includes engineering staff, a member of our quality assurance team, a project manager, and our production team. This ensures each product receives company wide visibility throughout its development.
Gas assist molding is a versatile injection molding technique that creates resilient products and reduces part weight. At KASO Plastics, it is always our mission to provide you with superior parts at a competitive value for your business.

I spoke to the receptionist and I just have to say that her attitude was really disappointing and she was extremely disrespectful. It's really disappointing that this is the type of person that's representing KASO. I felt extremely uncomfortable and the way she treated me was so disgusting. I really hope that this type of behavior and ill treatment is not their norm.

Otherwise I DO NOT recommend anyone to apply here and get treated the way this lady treated me. It's really not too much to ask for human decency and respect. She seemed miserable and I hope whatever she's going through gets figured out but that does NOT excuse her behavior. Other then that I'm sure it's a good company to work at. Not sure what their retention rate is but if I were to go off on my experience I would think it's pretty high. Anyways good luck to any future temps

KASO as been by far my most iffy situation I've been. First starting at KASO, I met a couple individuals who really brought out the pleasant side of the company. However, later I found that when people tell you everything is alright, they aren't telling the truth. Six days in, it was my first day working alone, first time doing my own paper work on a machine that I had never experienced and everyone told me it would be a tough one to operate.

I went for it and fell back again and again and my supervisor ensured me that it was all good because even he was behind. My day ended with my station cleaned up and when I clocked out they said everything's good have a nice weekend. Went home, got to sleep, and woke up to a text message informing me that my contract with them had been terminated.

So now I know that everything is fine does not necessarily mean everything is fine for me. I cut through my knuckle, my middle finger, and got holes in both hands giving that machine my all and they said that was good enough and then let me go. So KASO is good if you can keep up, but never trust them when they say your fine. Know when your lacking in your work and quickly make it better because even if the insist on reassuring you over and over again, in the end you still get clipped.

Six days, my first machine on my own, and I got cut by the end of the day without warning. Learn the paper work fast, learn the machines faster, for there is no room for error when you wind up on your own. Good luck!

Had a very odd, abrupt and unpleasant experience working at this place. Lots of cliques and tight wads running the show who don't seem to welcome newcomers very well. I was hired on for three days as a temp to hire machine operator then let go without even a warning or hint of what I was doing wrong. It's surprising this company manages to hire anybody on with that lousy sort of training. Honestly it was a complete waste of my time.

Recently retired from Kaso plastics. The owner has paid cash for all capital making it one of the most stable companies I've ever worked for. That and a great bunch of guys to work with all with quality as job one. I miss Kaso more than I can say. Picture is one of our robot experts with our robotics engineer.

Have done business with KASO and have recommended them as a vendor. Very knowledgeable, dedicated team, and a long standing member of our business community.
