September of 1998 was when Dan Buesching made a big discovery. He was busy digging for peat on the family farm when he found something very unusual. It turned out to be the tusk, approximately 12 feet tall, about 9 to 10 feet long, of a large male mastodon. Dan and his family contacted IPFW, who helped them turn the tusk over to the Archaeology Survey from the Department of Anthropology and Sociology. That's when they started their full scientific excavation and were able to recover nearly 90% of the fossilized remains.

Had some river rock delivered recently that contained a LOT of sticky clay in part of the pile. Got to the point that it was unusable for my application. Stopped in the office and showed Dan some pictures, and he agreed to send someone out to load and haul it away and replace it with new stone for free. Jeff came out the same day and did exactly what was promised. The excellent customer service has earned my continued business. Thanks!

Best place in town to buy mulch, dirt, stone& lots of other landscape materials. Good selection and great prices. Dan's mulch is always perfectly clean unlike other places that are loaded with junk. My son has his own landscape company in Bourbon IN & he gets most of his mulch right here at Bueschings due to quality, price and great service! There's no reason to go anywhere else!

Honest misunderstanding on both parties: due to misunderstanding wrong product dumped into travel trailer. Asked nicely to remove and dump operator thought we were kidding. Company took off and reloaded exact product. Went in and paid and was told " I'll take it off this time (took 7-10 minutes) so next time what we dump YOU WILL take." Entire time customers in room as we kept our peace and left.
This is 100% not customer service for a simple mistake. Mistakes happen, unfortunately this mistake costed them a paying customer and word of mouth. Sorry for our mistake we will take our business somewhere else.
