We employ over 200 people. Our headquarters is located inside our 207,000 square foot Master Distribution Center in Wood Dale, Illinois.

Paid for and ordered product then a month later they informed us that they were having trouble getting it in. Come to find out, after the fact, they had ordered it and then lost it in their stockroom. They ordered it a second time and we got it during the remodel instead of before. This held up paint color selection.

July of 2015, I remodeled my kitchen. My contractor bought my flooring material through All Tile. February of 2016, the separate areas on my floor started to peal. The finish was actually separating from the boards. I contacted my contractor June 2016. The lead construction worker/owner looked at all three spots and agreed the product was faulty. The three spots were underneath cabinets and not in a heavy wear and tear pattern.
All Tile sent a representative out to look and they agreed that the product was bad. Since then, All Tile has denied the claim and then agreed to cover the repair and sent one box of material. One box is not enough to fix the damaged area. I am highly disappointed that All Tile is not honoring the manufacturers warranty and are being difficult to work with to repair a faulty product.
