Ok where do I begin. If I could give negative stars I would. Worst service I have ever had! Ordered interior doors (nothing fancy, just plain basic Roman arch) back in October 2021 and received them a few days ago. We were told several times that they were shipped starting earlier this year but never actually received them. Then we asked to have the shipment expedited because I am 9 months pregnant and we need doors in the house.

They said we would receive the doors on Friday but we didn't get them till the following Monday. They constantly ignored my husband. Rarely responded to emails, never answered the phone. To top it all off, the doors did NOT come prehung as they were supposed to be, they also came with silver hardware when we had ordered brass. The hinges were all aligned incorrectly. Looks like a child put the hinges on these doors.

We have to pay someone to come and adjust everything. We've had two separate contractors tell us they have never seems doors this terrible before with this much unfinished work on it. Pretty much, these doors are completely wrong. If we knew, we would've ordered from Wayfair or somewhere else. I have never experienced so much stress and anxiety like this company has caused me.

My husband sent an email with the issues once we received the doors and we are yet to hear from them but we aren't surprised as they are all so rude and don't have any customer service. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I've never written a negative review in my life, but I'm so turned off by my interaction with this company, that I felt obligated to. What started as a friendly in-person interaction has led to a month of inconsistency. No return of calls or emails when I kindly and simply stated "if you don't have this item in stock, we will have to go somewhere else, as we are on a time crunch." When I realized my email wasn't going to be answered, again, I called and was told "we know what you're calling for and will get back to you after we finish with this customer." Never got that return call, and its been weeks. Still confused why I have yet to hear if they have the 2 doors I need in stock. Very turned off by this company. We have purchased our doors elsewhere.

Placed original order in Feb of 2020 for a full kitchen after 18 months later back and forth hundreds of email one panel still not right. Called and emailed several times this week still no respond. They are clearly avoiding me.

Terrible customer service here. I've had a minor billing issue that I couldn't even get a single call back on after making at least 5 calls & leaving messages with employees. They are clearly avoiding me and just hope I go away. Not the way customers should be treated after spending over $1K.

Love my cabinets, however their communication was subpar. My cabinets came in with cracked fronts and took weeks to replace. I also had to pay for filler stick/touch up stick.

I honestly can not believe an established business could treat good customers as they did me. Spent over $6000 on kitchen and bathrooms cabinets. They have started to not line up, don't close correctly. There are so many chips and scratches on them. I have no children to do this, they are just so badly made. They refused to look at them and contact the manufacturer. My construction is only two years old and feels and looks if I had it done 15-20years ago. No one else should have to deal with this horrible situation.

Substandard doors as compared to build.com and Wayfair And Trimline Customer service is ZERO. Chaim and Aleks Mendes offer Lip service but no help. Once they get your money.say goodbye Wasn't worth my time to fight with them. i had to pay to fix a crappy door that they insisted was ok. They insulted me and my carpenter. There's no talking to a company that is a rip off operation Lesson learned.wait for a product to be in stock with a company that has class

I ordered four 20 inch primed doors. I needed these specific sized doors because other companies were out of stock FYI. Ordered other sized doors from Wayfair and Build.com. No issues, ,,g reat customer service One of the 20 inch doors was messed up. It was obvious that HomeSurplus found this door in the garbage pile. The primed paint was yellowed and door was uneven.

My carpenter had to fix their crappy workmanship.cost me a half day's labor CHAIM was insulting in his emails. ALEKS Mendes promised that she would get back to me. So far.crickets. I spoke to my credit card company as well Bottom line. Awful customer service. I was not looking for a new door. Perhaps a couple of bucks refund.for my trouble and disappointment TERRIBLE customer service. Home Surplus insulted me. Avoid them. Use Build, com or Wayfair or any other company

This placed has earned a customer for life. Steve was incredibly fair in helping me to correct a mistake with my order. He went above and beyond to keep my renovation project on schedule, and I cannot thank him enough.

Exceptional Service! - This is the second kitchen I did with Rose and it really came out great. There was a problem with one of the cabinets when my contractor was doing the install and Rose got Craig involved and had a replacement cabinet to me in 5 hours at a location over 100 miles from their store. Thank you to everyone at Home Surplus in Belmawr. I highly recommended them.

Ordered a prehung Single panel glass door for my laundry room. The workmanship was terrible. Every hinge was mortised so bad that they all needed to be adjusted by me contractor. The ball catch also needed repair. All this extra work cost me an additional $150.00 to the contractor. I reached out via their contact us tab on their website and never heard back.

I reached out by phone and spoke with a salesman who indicated he would pass my information on to a supervisor. It's been weeks and I still haven't heard back. Their workmanship is poor and their customer service is horrible. I do not recommend. Lou

Great doors, shower doors, interior doors and exterior doors. Also, really fantastic pricing on their bathroom vanities. We didn't need to update our kitchen so we didn't get kitchen cabinets from them, but a lot of folks in the store were doing that. Kind staff and easy to work with.

OK. I ordered a couple doors, they are the only ones with the kind I need in stock. I emailed and got a quick response which was great. I was told one size door was 89 the other 99. I ordered them online that night. I was in the area so went by to get them. I walked in and a young lady asked if she could help me. She wasn't terribly friendly, and said the order didn't come thru, the phone rang, she walked away answered it another desk and continued to have a conversation with that person, taking an order while I was just standing there with no answer.

Then she told the other guy she had to pee really bad and left. Well, they rang me out, but now the one door jumped in price to 99, two different size door, same price, one smaller door in a matter of 12 hours jumped $10 in price. Because of the current COVID situation I didn't feel like arguing and left with my doors. The guy loading was nice, helped me get them in my truck.

So overall, service was ok and I wasn't thrilled about the price jumping like that, especially when I had an order that had them sold to me at $10 less. Not sure I'd make a return trip because of that, I got better service at Home Depot amazingly.

Their brand of white Shaker cabinets' finish is already cracking at the seams after less than a year and "build quality" has noticeably degraded with normal use. Cheaply-made Chinese/Indo junk at a markup that will make your wife slap you! Even if they are for a flip, you better hope you sell it fast or you'll be paying for 2 kitchens.

I found this place through the internet and I was surprised at their prices and selection. At first I didn't want to go because I didn't understand how places like this exist when Home Depot is down the block. However they had a huge selection of doors, vanities and kitchens. I sat with Carrie for a kitchen design and she was extremely knowledgeable and helped us design and pick out our kitchen.

I think I saved more that $2,500 from my other competing quote and this was a solid wood product. I look forward to doing some other projects with Home Surplus in the near future.

We were told they had product in stock. When we went to pick up did not have product with specs we wanted. Did not do anything to appease customer due to their mistake. Only gave a 5% discount on another product which they offer to everyone.

Went there twice and needed prices have them my business card and what we wanted and Twice they Never got back to us. There was a greater at the door that was nice but she had me wait for a salesman that new doors. Well he did not know doors well and did. Not even want to look up sexual order doors. He pulled out the book then put it back and said the manager would call me tomorrow.

He was pure Lazy. I was ready to spend a few thousand on doors but I guess they do not want business. I will not go back as if that is how they operate not sure if I would trust them to order something.

Be prepared for disappointment from this company! I was coming from out of state to purchase thousands of dollars worth of doors for exterior and interior! This service I got was slow communication, Extreme delay in paperwork and above all else horrendous customer service! My first experience in the store the male manager was walking away for me when I was trying to ask him questions about his product.

Quite rude to start off! The product looked decent enough that I was willing to pay that amount of money and come from out of state to pick up the product. In arranging for pick up is where all the breakdown happened! I explained over and over again my need for the product at a certain date and time. They were not guaranteeing the doors would be ready by my timeframe.

I tried to work with them but it did not work out because of the employee delay because of being "busy". No excuse! So buyer beware! I would rather spend more money on my entire house full of doors then to buy products from this company ever!

Ok place to look around. People were nice and professional and answered my questions. Did a kitchen layout for me to give me an idea based off of my measurements. Prices seamed to be about average for lower quality cabinets without soft close drawers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THERE. We ordered our front door from there, kept the receipt, THEY DELIVERED THE wrong door and will not replace it with the correct door. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP THERE. we showed them the receipt and they are UNWILLING to do anything about it.

I recommend Home Surplus to anyone I know redoing a kitchen. We have used them for two kitchens and have been very impressed with their service and prices. Their showroom is not fancy or overdone, but their products are quality and their prices are AMAZING! Sarah has helped me through difficult projects and has always done it with a great attitude.

The guys are horrible at delivery and very rude. You may get a deal but loose your dignity if you want to work these guys. I do not know if my r*** or accent was not helping the conversation. When we walked in with measurements, the front desk guys was irritated with us because my contractor did not give him what he wanted. Because I had a customer support job and an educated engineer, I engaged him beyond to find out what he was looking for.

I gave what they looked for and placed the order. One week later, they called me saying the order cannot be fulfilled because I did not give which side the door hinge would be for certain cabinets. After pressing hard, their boss called and told that they are backed up and pushed the delivery by another week and half. And, the day before the delivery, they call again saying I can only come at this time if not you have to wait another three days. It is disgusting to work with these guys

Disappointed with the showroom. Things looked very disjointed, messy & unfinished and not very visually appealing. Only walked into showroom area. Not sure how customer service is, but we weren't even greeted when we walked in and walked around. Promptly left after realizing I was not going to find anything for me here.

Came here from a recommendation of a friend and i couldn't have been happier. This cabinet process for me has been a real pain in a$$ but Carlos was super helpful in getting me the proper setup and a price that was more then have of what loews was charging me. Great selections to choose from and very helpful staff.
