I specified exactly what needed to be done and what parts were needed: New vent kit for internally vented dryer, cleanout of internal dryer lint filter, and vacuum of the closet. The person sent had no vent kit, claimed he was a mechanic, not a dryer man, said he didn't know how to clean internal dryer lint filter and refused to clean half the closet.
Office apologized, offered to send someone else but then certified it all as safe without actually checking it. I've no idea if I got what I paid for. Scary, didn't provide anything they said they would. Have no idea if dryer is safe or clean but, boy, were they quick to demand payment.

I have used Indoor Environmental Solutions for 10 yrs. They come once a year and check the proper functioning of the dryer and making sure that it vents properly along with the hood over my stove and give it a thorough cleaning. It's a small company and the service is superior and they could not be nicer and more accommodating. I recommend them unequivocally!

Extremely good and professionals. It is always a pleasure talking to the president Maria Vizzi who is incredibly knowledgeable and nice. What really impressed me was how honest the company is The workers did not leave my place until they were 100% satisfied with the work even though it took longer than expected because of my dryer's set up and location. Also, I paid exactly what they quoted me, no surprises.

I highly recommend Indoor Environmental Solutions for cleaning your dryer vent. Their team was challenged with my long vent and the impossible to get to outdoor vent. They were very knowledgable about the correct materials and tools to use. Don't delay getting your vents cleaned to avoid a fire! It turned out that my vent did not have the right tubing material and had rips throughout. Hire this company, they are worth it!
