I ordered some fibre disc on their website showing 100 count per package. I thought it was too good to be true for the price. I ended up calling them to confirm price and quantity. spoke to sales rep on the 800 number. He did tell me that was correct. I did order two packages. I did receive two packages but in quantity of 25 not 100. called them just be transferred to the vender which they never answered straight to voice mail. AVOID BUYING FROM HERE.

This company has horrible customer service in my opinion and does not publish the local phone number of the building where they have a physical address so complaints can be properly filed. Instead, you call the toll free number on the website and get what I think is an internet troll to help you. Absolutely ridiculous. I am surprised to find out they have a physical address at all and I had to contact the chamber of commerce to get that local phone number. Oh, but I can go directly to social media through their website, because that is more important to them I guess than taking care of paying customers like me.

This company promised delivery within days, charged my CC $207 on Oct 22 then sent me an email with a expected delivery date of Jan 2022. I canceled the order and have been trying to get a refund ever since. This is the absolute worst merchant I have ever dealt with. They claim they processed a refund and sent me a PDF of a company invoice as proof, meanwhile nothing is to be found on my Mastercard account. Here's my last email to their customer service: Are you serious?
You did NOT complete a refund on the 27th to my Mastercard. Today is Nov 1. I have received many refunds on that card and they are at least listed as pending within 2 days. Maybe you refunded it to someone else's card. Your invoice is dated the 22nd, so what does that mean? It's a meaningless document. Your unjustifiable charge to my card on an item you promised to ship within days then changed to a Jan delivery date, that charge hit my card the very next day.
I don't believe you are being honest with me. Your company is either criminal or criminally incompetent. I will be sure to share my experience on every review site available. update 11/5/21: I never received a refund from Toolfetch, so I had to file a dispute with Mastercard who resolved it in my favor and posted a permanent credit to my account.

The vast selection of products, useful information from reps and ample savings have been fantastic for every order of 3+ years! I have been using ToolFetch for a commercial business, and confidently can say I haven't looked back since. The biggest help from the team and personal sales rep (Rob M.) I've encountered is a great communication base, product recommendations for different applications, and even timely reminders based off previous orders.
Any issues that may arise with an order (mainly due to shipping issues of 2020) were swiftly corrected by the team and helped to find another viable solution. Hard to top great products and customer service that's eager to help!

Avoid if possible! I ordered a $1000 tool from them and paid an extra $30 for 2 day shipping because I needed it relatively quickly. They didn't even confirm the order until 3 days after I placed it, so I had to cancel. Luckily I placed the order using PayPal because had I used their system I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten my money back. I called 3 times starting about a week after I canceled the order and each time was told that they need to contact accounting for the refund to be processed.
After 3 weeks I was finally fed up with them not helping AT ALL, so I contacted PayPal for the refund and even with PayPal getting involved, they still didn't issue a refund immediately. It took another 2 weeks for PayPal to open and close the case with them, finally resulting in a refund. Stay away if you don't have time to deal with a bunch of unnecessary BS.

Ordered a tool and paid for 2nd day shipping only to call later to find out its back-ordered. Drove to the Elmsford location (Their Headquarters) and saw Told me out of stock and cant buy in person after I spotted 4 of the saws in Stock! The 2 guys their did everything they could to prevent a sale of the $845 Chop Saw.

I ordered a Greenlee Mini-Field Office from Toolfetch back on November 30, 2018. The last thing I heard from them was when I called back in December to check on the order status because when I logged in to my account, my order was listed as "Processing." I was told that the manufacturer should be shipping my item within the next week. I kept checking my order status and it started being listed as back-ordered with varying dates.
The last date was supposed to be today. Now, it has been pushed back another week. Of course, they have already gotten their $2,692.47. I have had to log in to my account to get status updates because I have not gotten any emails or phone calls from Toolfetch. I thought I had found a great deal but apparently, the deal was no deal at all. I work for a city and this item is eventually going to be used for disaster response prep for our citizens, if we ever get it. I am not asking for much, just some communication without me having to go fishing for information.

I only wish I had read these bad reviews before purchasing. I ordered a box for my AC unit and what showed up was not what was pictured in my order. I sent them a picture showing them both of them and they said "you received what you ordered. There is no picture discrepancy. I am not sure what more to tell you, it sounds like you ordered incorrectly" Picture evidence usually is not disputed, and this is an absolutely awful customer service company.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered an item, received it after a few weeks, only to discover it was not what I thought I had ordered. Leaving it in its original packaging, I submitted a request to return it. This request was refused, stating that this was a "custom order". Nowhere on the original order was this ever stated. Very deceptive business practice, poor customer service. Do not do business with this company. I am out $75.

ZERO STARS! So far, this has turned out to be my most disappointing online purchase to date. I ordered tools to be delivered in 3 days, and no tools after 4. I have spoken with Lindsey and Frank, to no avail. My order is still in the processing status, with no shipping in site. They have informed me that one of the items that I ordered is not available any longer, as it has been discontinued. Yet knowing this, they continue to post it for sale to get your money to hold it hostage until you sic your bank on them for your money back. Buyer be aware!
