Adrienne Malek serves as Operations General Manager for the Specialty Flooring Group of ICP Construction. In this role, she oversees all operations, supply chain, customer service, production and. This company will not stand by product failures nor admit to them. Costs seem fair until you break down what isn't in there that should be. Like another reviewer said below, they won't respond to your emails when there is a problem. I emailed for weeks and no response at all! I have a business to run and need immediate assistance and technical advice that the phone operator or salesperson cannot help me with.
In my years experience I witnessed behavior that broke families apart. People I consider friends lost everything for simply doing their job. No one deserves to be treated the way they treat employees.

I've been using Apf for over 10 years. There product is a little higher priced but the best hands down. And that's what I tell my customers it's the best. They always stand behind there product and back it up no matter what. I constantly get approached by other company's with less expensive product but stay loyal to Apf. It's just not worth it to use cheaper product. Daniel the owner is always developing new product and taking the company to the next level. They have great staff and are very professional. I'll use Apf for years to come
