I used Empire twice to install 2 custom steel and bronze gates. The welds on the first gate were unacceptable (images H and image I) and had to be removed and rewelded. Empire also destroyed the custom steel and bronze gate which had to be rebuilt. I waited over a year for Empire to come to install the second gate with no fewer than 11 appointments!
The second gate was wildly mis-measured and was installed with the left opening measuring 6" and the right opening measuring 1". (Image L and image R). Empire told me that it was "customary to have a wider opening on the left".
