Look no further for an insulation company. Had this company spray foam a cathedral style room- made a massive difference. Communication was great, quote was prompt. We needed the insulation done as quickly and they were able to squeeze us in. Crew was extremely professional and respectful. I will absolutely use this company in the future for any and all my insulation needs. Can't recommend enough. A++++

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lotze Design for an Energy Audit. I spoke with the owners Steve & Crystal who scheduled the audit were very friendly. Brett, started the audit by evaluating inside & outside of my house. Brett, was very polite, answered all my questions, he was here about 3 1/2 hours. Dave, Dalton & Julian handled the insulation potion of the audit. Dave worked in the basement while Dalton & Jilian worked in the attic.

Lotz Insulation was the contractor assigned to me by NTSERDA They were given the job to complete the work on my recently awarded home energy efficiency grant. I could not be any happier in that I was fortunate enough to be blessed with both of these gifts. After receiving the news of my successful application from NYSERDA, I called the number I was given and made my first contact with Lotz Insulation.

From there on out the process was "painless". I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful people I encountered and the great work that each of then did on my modest (and I'm sure for them routine) project. Steve went above and beyond with us when we called him to spray foam our barn and basement sill, he was great to work with and extremely personable. He came to our house twice before the work was done to walk through everything with us, and discuss our options. After the job was done, he came back that night to make sure we were happy with the results and walked us through everything in the house and barn. My wife and I felt 100% comfortable with him, and we highly recommend Loetz, we really appreciated their professionalism, and knowledge of home insulation options

Extremely efficient and professional crew. Like many this year we had issues with ice dams and Lotze provided great recommendations and executed at a high level. Would recommend to anyone experiencing similar issues with their homes.

These guys were incredibly professional, friendly, punctual, and efficient. They were a couple hundred bucks higher than the other bids, but that was more than worth it. First, they use the state of the art, environmentally friendly, odorless spray insulation that is already required by law in Canada. Second, the other companies asked me to cover up the stuff we didn't want to get over spray on.

Not knowing the process, I had no idea where to begin. Steven and his crew took care of that for us. And they did a darn good job. The spray insulation is incredibly strong -I doubt a rodent or insect would ever try to chew through it. Steven pointed out that the insulation adds structural integrity and I swear I could feel that when walking into the room afterwards -it just felt solid. And the outdoor sounds were silent. All in all, we are extremely happy we did this and used LOTZE Insulation and Design.

The guys at Lotze Insulation Design were very responsive and knowledgeable from start to finish. I have a new pole barn that I wanted to insulate for use year round. They came right out in a couple of days and gave me quotes on different methods of insulating as well as recommendations. They were very respectful of the fact that my budget was getting tight at the end of the project and happy to work with me on what ever method I chose. Prices were excellent compared to competitive quotes. I would definitely use them again in the future.

These guys were awesome! Did a great job insulating my home. We're here when they said they would be here and worked nonstop to complete the project. All of the work was quality. Owner came out and did the estimate, gave solid advice that didn't involve trying to get me to pay for work that would have needed to be redone when I did my roof in a few years. Came when he said he would to perform the work, held true to estimate, cleaned up after themselves as promised. Was a great experience compared to some of the contractor experiences I've had of late!
