Choosing the right pillow or finding the best pillow can be a headache! It's not only time consuming but expensive. They make a soft yet also flat pillow that is the only type I can sleep on. Thicker ones hurt my neck, even if they are soft. I don't have back problems, in fact, I am a runner.
