Edmond Tool Authorized Makita Repair

6 MONTHS NO RETURN CALLS AND THEY LOST MY TOOL! I called on feb 7 and was told they dont know where it is and the would call me back. It's now march 11th! On Sept 21, 2021 I dropped off a m12 bandsaw I had purchased through homedepot 3 months prior. Warranty work. I call back oct 7 and i was told " I fix it when I get to it" in a not so friendly way. I would suggest other avenues if possible. Unfortunately there are only 4 milwaukee service centers in oklahoma. 2 in okc and 2 in tulsa.

Went in and tried to order a simple part for my Makita weed eater. After 4 calls over a 2 week period I gave up. Ordered it from Home Depot and had it on 4 days.

Happy with the service they provided on repairing my smaller pneumatic nailers

They repaired my sander fast and inexpensively. The thing i don't understand is there repair center isn't in edmond?

Getting a Virgo quote on what I needed was exceptionally High found it for a half price somewhere else

Had couple tools work on. It is hard to find anyone to work on small tools, they seem to be very knowledgeable and fast. I will send all friends there.

These guys are awesome. My bench top Delta drill press stopped working. I took it to them and they were able to get it running like new for $30.
