Extremely disappointed - went through first bathroom tile job and relatively pleased with actual construction and tile workers but surprised by some of the archaic business practices (75% initial cash only deposit, all cash transactions, everything is done on paper - nothing computerized, everything has to be done in person in store / nothing over the phone or online and non existent basic communication), Wanted to repeat the same job with an additional bathroom and after BEGGING (emails, phone calls, in store visits) for simple communication, follow up or call back, we are finally moving on to another store - tired of BEGGING for some one to simply contact us back.
One would think a repeat "easy" customer who had complied with all the Tile Collection "rules" would warrant some basic type of good service? It feels like Tile Collection is doing you a huge favor to just allow them to do a job for you. Initially we realized we were greatly overpaying for the initial job performed but felt like it might be worth it in the long run with "quality".
Actual work is good but the process and waiting involved in doing a simple job is really not worth the effort it takes to get a job completed. Arrogant, rigid and uninterested describes Tile Collection Showcase. Obviously they don't have enough competition in the Charlotte area.

Horrible experience all the way around. Went in for whole home reno. Prices were more than twice what others charged. Sales person was rude. There were several employees in the showroom that weren't wearing masks during peak covid. The contracting crew had to come to my home multiple times to discuss what should have been done in one visit because they were so disorganized.
After 6 1/2 weeks I never received pricing for the tile and quartz I selected, even though every week, I was told I would receive the prices the following week. I lost a contractor who could wait no longer for pricing and took another job, which cost me money because I was renting while my home was supposed to be worked on. I contacted the owner, Matt Creasser, who said he would personally take care of things and gave me his card with his phone number and personal email. At last, I thought, help has arrived. I emailed him twice and never heard from him. They don't even deserve one star.

I am giving this store 1 Stars. A few months ago I visited to inquire about a Shower remodel I wanted to have done. The young lady I spoke with while there was polite and seemed to know what she was talking about. They were kind enough to allow me to take tile samples home with me to get an idea of how they would look in my bathroom. I went back and fourth several times that day with tile samples.
I had decided on several samples I liked. When I asked about Cost, after giving her an idea of the size and scope of the project and what I wanted she was giving me quotes of $13-$15,000. I thought this was extremely high! I left all of my information with them and asked if someone could give me a call in regards to getting a more accurate estimate.
This never happened! Although polite I felt like the staff here were more interested and preoccupied with the familiar faces of the contractors and the demanding, needy housewife's in and out while I was there. I don't feel like I was being taken seriously at all. I have given them plenty of time to call me back! Months! I am going with another company! Update! It has been 6 months since I Wrote this lackluster review. Not wrote this lackluster review. Not 1 person has reached out to me to rectify the situation!

I can speak highly enough about Tile Collection. From the first time Matt came to our home to visit and assure us of our Remodel would be completed just the way we requested, to Brandy completing the design with and A+.They Are courteous and professional every time. Growing a relationship with Matt & Elaine (owner's) and his team has been a pleasure. When making a decision about trust and honesty, Matt and his team have nailed it. They will continue to get my business. Thanks Guys!

I was a tile newby. After Checking with several other tile shops we found that Tile Collection had the best selection, sales help and installation process. I was encouraged to go outside my comfort level and chose a unique tile. Tile Collection came out and measured; Then did the demolition and installation. They did a fabulous job and although I was so hesitant, I love my new kitchen backsplash. I con honestly say that I would use them again hands down!

My fiance just recently picked out back splash material with the help of one of the designers here at Tile Collection. When she brought home the price I was blown away. It was astronomical for the tile she had chosen. I am a contractor and I know what tile prices should be and this place was 2-3 times that for nearly everything in the store. I can't imagine what the cost would've been had we let them install the tile as well, but fortunately I am able to do that myself. HOWEVER, the major caveat with this review is that IF you are someone who has no interior design experience and you really don't know what you are looking for or what you should be looking for as far as matching other finishes in your home, then this place may be for you.
My fiance has nothing but positive things to say about the professionalism and attention to detail that her designer used throughout the process. The tile arrived quickly from the manufacturer and both my fiance and I are very happy with the finish product. Just understand that this level of service comes at a premium price.

I am a local contractor in the Pittsburgh Area and would advise against using this company. I purchased tile through this company, placed a deposit, and never heard from them again. I attempted to contact them numerous times with no success. Now its over a year later and they call me and tell me that my tile is in and i have a balance due. Not only did I have to find another tile supplier, but now they are telling me that they wont even refund my $250 deposit.
Waste of time, waste of money, incredibly overpriced for the quality and its a horrible location. They dont even rate the one star that i had to give them. now they have my $250 and can re-sell the tile. The lady on the phone even had the nerve to get upset with me on the phone, like i was inconveniencing her! Lesson learned.
