TC Closets has designed and installed three closets for us. All three all attractive and highly functional. In one closet we had a small issue which they we able to resolve. Mary's ability to translate my vision into reality with the custom design was fabulous! She was patient, listened intently to my goals and was able to meet all my needs and wishes. Zach was the manpower behind the install and he was both courteous and conscientious while working in our home - when the installation was complete, he cleaned up after himself and was so kind! We live in a downtown Minneapolis condo and Chi at TCCC assisted us with four projects; a large closet, laundry room, storage closet and entertainment center. Each turned out perfectly. We sat down with Chi and made real time changes to each plan using their 3D software so we could see exactly what the finished product would look like. We weren't very decisive on some things but Chi was very patient and well organized as we made changes and decisions. The production and installation processes went as promised. We couldn't be more pleased.

Chi is basically a closet design genius. She did a walk through our "before" and then suggested everything we would need to make our closet work SO MUCH BETTER than it ever has. Professional to the max - and also delightful to work with. The value is exceptional - we are now "next level" organized thanks to TC Closet Company. Twin Cities Closet Company just finished installing our new closet systems in our master bedroom closet and a smaller closet in an office/bedroom. We could not be happier with the new closets and the people we dealt with Our designed Svetlana was simply the best. We talked with three companies and Svetlana was the only designer that took the time to ask questions and think about or needs and wants.

In the end, her design was perfect and includedc feature that addressed some specific needs. The istaller John was outstanding. He was timely, efficient, friendly and professional. He tried to finish everything in one day and was here for over 9 hours that day. He offered to stay until the work was completed, but we let him go home. The next day he was back and finished the job in a couple of hours. This locally owned company excedded our expectations and we would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home.

We chose TCCC to build out our new walk-in closet and guestroom closet for the newly remodeled upper level of our home. No question, their approach to our closets turned out so much better than we could've done on our own. The designer assigned to our project, Chi, had a great eye for space and how to get the most out of it. Our installer, Angel, was professional, communicative, and did a great job.

Overall it looks great, fits in with the look of our new bedroom, and makes a great use of space. There was a bit of a delay between design and installation due to COVID, but they were up front about everything and great about communication throughout the process. Now that it's all done and we've moved our things in, it's amazing the change in our overall lifestyle! It just FEELS NICE in our space now, things are organized and we feel like we have a handle on everything. I'd absolutely recommend them to my friends!

I used Twin City Closet recently for my new home. The quality, craftsmen ship is outstanding. The customer service is above and beyond. Mary Sessing, my sales person was incredible, her ideas, friendly smile, and prompt responses. She worked with me to find the most sufficient use of my space! Twin Cities Closet Company is excellent and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone! I knew ahead of the consultation I wanted a reach in closet and the consultation went great. I had fun looking through different options the designer suggested for the space. Once installation day came everything went smoothly. The installer took time to communicate about his estimated arrival time and worked efficiently to finish my closet and I love the end result. I have ideas for the rest of the closets in my condo and can't wait to work with Twin Cities Closets again!

We are so pleased with our custom entryway cabinets and bench! With kids and it being a high traffic area, there was a mess of shoes and coats previously. The design is highly functional and perfectly completes the space. Zach completed the installation and was super friendly, professional and did beautiful work! Our experience with Twin Cities Closet Company was great from beginning to end.
