Don't care to help customer and overcharge you 500% if you just want to buy few small tiles. Tiny moulding tile that shouldn't cost more than $1.5 he charged $5 a piece. When confronted about overprice he just said that if I buy a lot of tiles from him he'll give me these for free. Well here is a free one star rating for you.

Mr. Frank Padulla is the nicest, most honest human being on the planet. Treats you like family. Excellent service from start to finish. I got porcelain tiles at a great price. I first had Empire come to my house, you look at a book and then have to rely and hope they have good workers. I wanted something more personal. At the Pedulla store you can look at a wide variety of flooring. I really can't say a bad thing about my experience with Pedulla Ceramic Tiles. Great, efficient workers too. They cleaned up very nicely after job was complete.

I'm sorry to say this but "costumer satisfaction" is not even on there priority list. They juss want to make business one way or the other. Me and my parents chose a specific porcelain tile and were told to pick it up on another day. I couldn't go with my parents and they gave us another tile which we didn't even choose and they said it's the same.
The owner wasn't there at that time. My parents went again today and met the owner and he tried to lie and change the story telling my parents that he told us the first day that that's all they have. But that wasn't the case. When i was there the first day, everything went clean. But wen i wasn't there, they took advantage of my parents. A bunch of liars.
