Long time ago the sale person was very good now the people working in the yard they are nasty they don't help you to put the material in the van and some sale man or make fun of you even they don't speak English where ever you go yard work help you for the material to load I don't like to go there I just want to to Ralph av building material they help you very good

I came over on 06.08.21 to find and make order for 17k brick and 400 sq.ft. precast stone. I had displeased experience with sales men behavior and attitude. 1. Does not like answer twice on your concerns, questions or help you to get answers. 2. Promise to call me, and let me know product cost (brick), I was waiting for 4 day's and finally i call him my self and still didn't get any answers, but was told we are bz and we will call you. 4. Jack the brick price, just because because I complain about customer service and sales men attitude. And never got quote on precast stone products. I TOOK MY BUSINESS TO THOSE WHO NEEDED AND HAPPY TO SERVE ME. Think twice when coming hear.

BEST IN THE BUSINESS i worked with isauro and Gary, both very helpful and very knowledgeable. they really worked hard to make me happy and had great pricing and a great selection. Good service. Slow to get started but I eventually got an amazing salesman- Kenzir, who did an excellent job. He made my experience much easier. Cheers to him . Will use again.

Where should I begin? First having the General Manager Rudy assist me without telling me he is the top guy but humbly assisting me like he's a general salesman? Or his turning me over to Charles his "designer" eye guy because what I wanted he understood, communicated it and yup Charles got me EXACTLY what I wanted! I am. Designer myself and believe me I am my toughest client. Renovated my 2 family brick has been a trip!

Yes a trip. I live in Brooklyn and I am a Brooklyn born kid so I knew after living in Park Slope for years that I wanted my house to feel and look brownstoney. Is that a word? Whatever. You get that, right? So with my contractor who is fabulous but not a designer off we go to find column caps to match my brick column. I. Choose my brick from them as well - gorgeous too!

They have an awesome collection of different types, so you have options. So Charles understood and he immediately showed me a new stone from India that all I could say is WOW! These guys are at the top of their game. You walk in, they immediately hand you a ice cold bottle of water (it's summer and hot thank you very much) so you can focus on the task at hand - finding what you want and need and yeah dropping $$$!

But in actuality they gave my country the best deal ever and I am under budget! woo hoo! So many many thanks to Rudy, Charles, Vishal, and Vinny for the best experience ever! I cannot recommend Glenwood Mason Supply higher than 100 stars. Cheap they only give you 5. Need more! Renovation is not for the faint of heart but these guy ROCK! You will get what you see in your imagination.

Bring pictures, show them Pinterest. Whatever you need to communicate - they will work with you to get it right. Okay on a final note - Rudy looks just like George Clooney and all of those guys I mentioned are adorable! So for what it's worth.thanks for he eye candy too! Yeah I said it. Not taking it back either!

We bought all of our flooring materials for our modern backyard at Glenwood. They had a great selection of pavers, granite and stones, and a fair policy regarding returns. We're extremely happy with the end result of our yard and grateful to the Glenwood employees for their recommendations and assistance!

The absolute worst customer service inside the actual store. My contractor went to them to buy my bricks that he used on my house and I dropped by to get a price on masonry sealant. With 3 men behind the counter and only one serving a customer, the other 2 were too busy with their personal phone calls to even look up at me. Then I went to the only guy who seemed to be working and he told me that he's trying to get a price for the other customer for the same thing.

You would think that they sell enough 5 gal buckets of drylok that they would know the price by heart. I had to call and a nice lady gave me the price in 2 minutes when I was waiting in front of an empty counter at their store for 15. Needless to say, I'm getting in my car and driving to Lowe's. Then people wonder why the big box stores are putting them out of business. I'm sorry I bought my bricks there too
