Mec-Tric Control Company is pleased to announce the recent addition of our mobile valve repair and testing vehicle. We are aware that some of our longstanding customers request on site repair and testing and have developed a platform to accommodate these requests. Our vehicle contains sand blasting equipment, lathe, valve test J tube, nitrogen tanks, compressors, lighting and other tools to provide onsite testing of your SRV's and other valves/vents.We offer field repair on most valves as well as AVK test in place services to accommodate testing on difficult to remove large SRV's.

We also provide in place testing at your facility or factory to minimize down time. Mec-Tric's in place testing equipment allows for diagnosis of valves operating correctly and repair of valves not meeting specifications. This helps eliminate customer down time and limits the amount of valves customers must maintain in stock.

In controlling the proper movement of your processes in your plant, it is critical that your control valves are operating at maximum efficiency. Mec-Tric Control is privileged to have a National Board (NB) accredited Valve Repair and Valve Assembler Shop. This accreditation involves consistent calibration of our testing devices (Air, Steam, Liquid) as well as procedures relating to the verification of safety relief valve set pressure, blowdown (pressure at where valve reseats/closes relative to set pressure) and valve integrity.
