They put granite counter tops in our kitchen which are defective. 2 of the installers agree that they're defective and can't be repaired and the owner won't return my calls or answer my letter. Andrew Estes is a crook. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if this site didn't make me.

I don't know if they're going out of business, but they took my $4,000 deposit and won't return my phone calls anymore. They promised delivery a month ago and now, they keep saying that the manufacturer is backed up, but they won't even call me back. I've submitted a BBB complaint, but I think it will end up in court with me having to sue them. Stay away from them!
