Beautiful custom cabinetry work. Solid reputation. Have referred friends and family and the work is always top notch. They take time to understand your wants and needs and design a one of a kind piece that works perfectly for the area. Friendly and knowledgeable service. FYI Sammy M. - Madison is my online name. My husband and I asked you to come out to our new home in summerlin. You went though your emails and didn't see "Madison" and thus concluded that it's a fake review. It's not. You spent 20 min in my home taking measurements and never sent us the rendered or price. You're a joke.

Just take note: Madison B. was never taken advantage of by this company. Who knows the real situation, could just be a simple misunderstanding or most likely a phony review. Just a harsh criticism overall and unwarranted. Being in business 20 years is no small feat and you don't stay in business that long by making a habit of being disrespectful potential clients.
There is no recollection of this Madison B person in any emails or phone correspondences. We would gladly rectify this situation if given the opportunity. And if you assumed we were going to quote unreasonably high, why bother calling in the first place. This company is very competitive all the while keeping quality top notch. Blown away with the finished product. Mark delivered an amazing value on a custom bookcase we wanted for our living room. I spent less money with Mark for a superior hardwood product than with the "custom closet" outfitters that only use particle board MDF. I will be coming back to this shop again and again as I upgrade all the other furniture in my house to be as magnificent as the bookcase he made. An excellent value. Clear communication. Exceedingly patient with our design tweaks. Quality materials. Professional installation. Highly recommended, without reservation.
