Ace Door Service

Ace have just fitted our awning and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and service. We also used Ace 6 years ago for a new garage door and they impressed us back then with their knowledge, advice, and fitting. Great after care too if you have any follow up questions on a purchase. I definitely recommend Ace for both garage doors and awnings.

Ace garage doors at Norfolk took away my two old garage doors and fitted two Roller shutter doors very recently and the two chaps who worked hard for three hours made a superb job. They look terrific!

Just had roller doors fitted and I am extremely pleased with the result. This is a small company with excellent customer one to one service. I originally had slight misgivings partly because the price was a lot cheaper than other firms but, from my first contact up to installation these misgivings were quickly dispersed. I even turned up at there works unit to check them out before I brought where I met Glenn who kindly took me through all the stages of how they manufactured the rollers without any pushy sales pitch in fact that was the final convincer and I put my order in.

On installation day it was a pleasant surprise to find Glenn was one of the installers and everything went smoothly but, what struck me was nothing was to much trouble and customer satisfaction was very important. I hope this company gets the rewards it deserves and just as a extra bonus you don't pay a penny untill they have installed and finished to your satisfaction! How many firms would do that! So if you are thinking of getting new garage doors give them a call what have you got to lose?

Avoid, dubious doors and dubious driving/parking by their fitters.

My low cost roller door installation was very successful. Everything went smoothly. Ace were not pushy, and the most professional of the potential suppliers when it came to measuring up and quoting. There are clearly some very strange individuals installing replacement garage doors. Ace are not n that category. I asked for a local reference or two, and unlike others who came to quote they actually provided a local customer.

We visited and were very any with what we saw. Nor did they immediately hae their hand out for money. It was installed in a colour of our choice with nothing at all to pay until it was all installed to my satisfaction. Very reassuring after the trail of cowboys and Pikeys looking for a quick buck. These are budget doors. They are well made rollers, with powder coated insulated slats.

They should last well imho. The motors are Chinese. Hence the price. However, there is a long warranty on the motors if they go wrong. The doors aren't quite as quick as my last Horman, but are OK. The lack of auto safety add-ons on closing the door means that although it is just one push to open, it is press and hold to close. This is the law. Some budget installers were not too careful about meeting safety legislation. So, a good value door, it's not a Horman, which I grant you is the best that you can buy. But it is a very effective door which was much less than half the price of the German door. We saved literally thousands of pounds compared to the cost of the German door.

I found the sales person very friendly, helpful and knowledgable, and not pushy in the slightest. The guys that fitted the door were also very nice and a pleasure to have work around my home. I am extremely pleased with the garage door and the job they done. Would definitely recommend.
