Horrible customer service. This company is a total joke. They charge my card $300 for item they didn't have in stock. I had to call in, email and chat with several people about the status of my shipment. After which I have to call in again and get the run around after asking to speak with a manger. Half-hour later the manager gets on the phone and to my luck she's less competent than the people she manages.
I was suppose to receive the product on the 10/1 after it was ordered on 9/24. Mary Balencia (manager) acknowledges her companies at fault, but the best she could do is get the item to me by 10/7 even though they have the ability to send it next day and all the while, I'm out of $300 and missing work. Furthermore, when I asked to speak to her superior she informed me that she is the manager of the company and the only person over her is the president. FYI.this is a super small business serving as a middle man in the process and they don't have the capital to keep products in stock.
Therefore they have a website that provides the impression they are larger than what they are and all the while they are using the customer money to order products at Whole sale rate / discount and turn around and charge the customers the mark up. Update: I was just called by a gentleman at the company who truly understood my angst and ensured me that my item will be arriving Saturday, not Friday as I would have hoped and liked. However, at least he made an effort to try and rectify the issue.

I placed an order a week ago, still waiting for order to be filled. I've tried to communicate with them through chat but they don't get back to you after they say, "let me take a look" I wish I had read the reviews. Guaranteed any positive ones are fake. Hopefully this will save someone else from making the mistake of ordering from them.
