ESP was listed as a subcontractor on one of my projects and I couldn't of been happier to find this company. Eddie was extremely helpful in assisting us in building a footrail for our restaurant and was able to make many professional recommendations to support our decisions both aesthetically and financially. I don't normally review companies because I am an understanding person however the customer experience that I have had with this company is unacceptable In 2018 they installed this railing, in March of 2020 the post of the railing became compromised and loose (as shown in the photo), as there are elderly who live there this cannot stay how it is. I have reached out to the owner Edward multiple times over the past year to have this fixed.
He has made multiple excuses as to why he does not have time and cannot get there.i have been patience due to pandemic circumstances but after over a year of asking it is unacceptable to not have this fixed by them.
