One Call has been to our house twice in past weeks for separate issues. All the work was perfectly done and areas left spotless. Tech Levi took time to explain what he was doing and gave some tips on items not even the reason for his visit. He told me two items I could do myself after getting the parts. A plumber that exuded honesty. Easy to schedule non-emergent issues.

One Call Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend and it ended up being exactly what we needed! Levi and his apprentice were fast, professional, and kept us informed throughout the entire process! The ladies in the office were also super helpful with scheduling and communicating with us. We had a major clog that kept us from using our bathtubs or toilets for a couple of months and with two small children that made life a hassle.

They came in and had the repair made, as well as a water line for the fridge ice maker completed in a days time and now we have our tubs, toilets, and washing machine back to use again. I can't say enough how great our experience was!

From my initial service call their customer service was awesome. I was able to schedule an appointment that worked best for me & my mom, the techs arrived as scheduled. I've unfortunately had to call them several times over a two month period. Different problems each time, and while I do think they were a bit high priced. They knew what they were doing and got it done quick.

Chuck did perfect job. He is very patient with me and explain everything to me. I had another company come over and told me my sewer line has two cracks need to be fixed cost 3000$. Since the quote is high, I wanted to get another opinion. When Chuck came, he found out that there is no crack and it is just some extra glue around the joint area. Moreover, he found out the real cause of the problem and fix it for just 325$. I really appreciate his service.

Spencer Walker is as good as they come. His professionalism and pride in his work is something rarely seen these days. he was attentive and patient in his explanations of the services he provided. We needed our septic tank drained, which was done efficiently and quickly. He was thorough in checking all of our pipes and clogs to ensure they were clear before finishing his work.

He is a man who deserves recognition for the work he does. We will only call One Call Plumbing for all of our septic and plumbing needs in the future. You should do the same.

These guys are amazing! We had an issue with hot water from our tankless water heater one day last week in the evening. We called and a technician was here 10 minutes later! Great experience, had an issue with my water heater, called them at 4pm and was told they could have a tech out at 8am to check out the issue. The gentleman (Kevin) that came out was very polite and thorough, figured out the issue and got me fixed right up. Highly recommend One Call for any of your plumbing needs.

If I could give this company 100 stars I would! Jonathon came out to fix a problem I was having with water backing up into my bathroom when I ran my washing machine. When he arrived he explained everything from start to finish. He was very professional and personable which I appreciate so much. Definitely a stellar technician and employee.

There prices seem a bit high but it is possibly that I could be underestimating how much plumbing services cost. I would recommend One Call Plumbing to anyone. Steven was awesome! I had an emergency. A pipe burst under my slab. After I turned the water off I called at 6:30 AM. Steven arrived before 8:00 AM. He was finished before 4 PM. He was very professional and saved the day. This could have been a nightmare; thanks to Steven it was resolved quickly!

We had four issues at our house that needed repair. Nick came out, on time I might add, and stayed until everything was finished. Checked on other issues also. This is my best experience with a plumber after using many over the many years of homeownership.

We had to call a plumber to J&J's house because the toilets and shower stall had backed up. They were able to get someone to the house in less than an hour. Once there, the technician provided an cost for us to okay before he began his work. Once approved, he corrected the problem and then called me over to explain in great detail precisely what he had done and why. He also provided an estimate for future work that needs to be done to prevent the problem from reoccuring.

Realized this morning that my water heater was not working, and when I went to investigate, found that it was also leaking. Talked to One Call at about 8:15, Daniel was at my house at 9:15, and installed a new water heater, plus repaired a couple of other valves that were corroded and leaking, by 1:30. Great job, and courteous service.

Literally cannot say enough good things about this company. They have installed a whole house filter for us, and found a solution to a problem that no one else could figure out. The office staff is courteous and friendly, and all of the technicians are professional. They truly go the extra mile!

Great experience with this company! Had a problem with my kitchen faucet early this morning and called at 6:30, planning to leave a message. The owner answered the phone, took my information, and Amy called me before 8:00. Nick was at my house before 9:00 and the faucet was replaced by 11:00. Nick is very knowledgeable and "tidy." I couldn't be more pleased with this company.

Called last night for help replacing bathroom sink fixtures which I had bought at Lowes and also tighten up a kitchen sink faucet. One Call Plumbing stated that they could help me the very next morning at 8:00 o'clock! The plumber came after double checking by phone that I would be available at the stated time. He quoted me a competitive price and when approved, he started immediately to work on the project.

After removing the old fixture and installing the new fixture, he saw that the Lowe's Delta product had stripped threads. So he had to remove the new fixtures and as I went back to Lowes for a replacement, he worked on the kitchen sink. Now realize that this plumber had to remove fixtures twice to install correctly new fixtures. No complaints by him.

Immediate response from One Call Plumbing, no increase installation pricing for what was not their fault and everything was left cleaner than when the gentleman arrived. We now know who we will call upon needing such services again.

This company was amazing and did an awesome job. They got here after having a long night at a different location and finished faster than I had thought they would. They went above and beyond on everything. I had to have my entire sewer line replaced (due to a poor job originally by the people remodeling the house). They gave me a quote that was far below the others and very reasonable for the work they did.

My wife and I were so relieved to have such a good company out here who wasn't going to charge us an insane amount right after we had moved in. They also walked us through each thing they did to make sure it was good, had shown us the issues that were present, AND even gave us tips for the future. Called them, and they had it fixed right the first time unlike some of the other guys in the area. I like the fact that One Call Plumbing gave me the "big name company" service and warranty but the care, respect and appreciation of the local plumbers they are! From Amy who booked the call to Preston who serviced my business and got the drains working my experience was great and would recommend them.
