Called three times to set up appointment to have someone come to fix a leak in roof. My boyfriend also called. Neither of us got a call back. I just think that's bad business. That's too bad cause I've heard such good things about them and have read their reviews. This is part two of my review. They say they don't have time to call back but it's funny how they time to respond to my review. Bad business

Unlike most in the field, American Roofing & Home Improvements showed up the day they committed to and did the work promised. This was so refreshing as we had been dealing with so many that didn't show or did not do the job as estimated or quoted. American Roofing & Home Improvements showed up on time did way above and beyond what we had expected.
On top of all this they were was phenomenal. The staff was friendly, courteous, respectful, and in general a joy to have working on our home. They saved us when so many others had let us down. Not only would I recommend them to family and friends, but I will be sending any and all future work to them!

Paid attention to details and addressed every concern with follow-up meetings. Working crew was courteous, efficient, and took extra time each day to thoroughly clean-up after they were finished.
