Beware of this company. I had them do the gutters on my entire house and also a rental property. The gutters on my home leak all over, They drip and make noise, there's water puddles when it rains on the driveway, I can hear them leaking and dripping from my home office, I've gone outside and watch them drip and leak. I've called twice and both times they told me they would get back to me and never did.
Then they call me saying they want payment for the rental property, I told them I had no idea that I had not paid that as you never submitted me a bill I'm happy to pay that right now which I did and inquired about why they have not gotten back to me to come out to my home to fix all the leaks and they said that they would, and they still never called back.
I sent an email and they ignored. This company only cares about getting the money, their customer service sucks! Their product is not reliable from my experience personally. Beware of this company, there are too many other companies to choose from- too bad I chose the wrong one. Don't make the same mistake I did they will not take care of you after they have your money.

They removed old gutters and 4 downspouts and replaced them with new ones w/gutter guards and they repaired the damaged wood on one side of our house. They did such a good job that even a former builder living across the street from us wants to use them to replace gutters at their house. I HAVE to give Jordan, Isaac (aka Bucko) and James a special shoutout for being so polite & courteous, professional, patient/helpful when I asked questions and arrived on time.
They finished in a timely basis while making sure every step they made was perfect. It didn't seem to bother them when I would bounce outside every once in a while to do mini inspections. Alloy Gutter, Inc., these men, IMHO, are ALL STARS!

This is a company that DOES NOT have your best interest in mind. They will send a crew out to your house for a estimate that same day and maybe even install them that same day, but you have to watch out for their workers. Lots of them have been caught smoking weed and popping pills while working on YOUR house. Not to mention if you order a special color, they will spray paint material and hang it.
Then turn around and charge you more money for a special color like they actually went out and bought the material. They are looking to make a quick buck and you get the short end of the stick. I would recommend going with Great Lakes Gutter, Hansons, etc., because these people of Alloy are too shady.

5 star service and work is GREAT!!! This should be your first call, forget the others!!!! I called Alloy Gutter since they came recommended from a local supplier. I called 3 other contractors also for the same job. Alloy came on the same day and gave me a quote that was in line with the others. I selected them for the job since they told me their plans for completion and they sounded good.
I could not have been more happy. Just one call and the job was done perfect!!! The job quote and final payment were the same and the workmanship could not be beat!! Don't waste time shopping around as this is the best that you will find. I looked at the work and it was flawless!!!!! Great Job Alloy.
