I never left a review and I should have years ago! I see others have experienced what we did in 2015. we were told 6wks and our pool took 8 months. we were never shown how to use our pool( had to hire somebody to help with that). our pool when it hit about 1.5 years old it has been a headache since. we continuously have repairs yearly to our pool. you don't want these people touching your backyard. find another pool company and save yourself the headache.

This company was supposed to provide a quote 2 weeks ago. No one showed up. Called office and they stated they are shorthanded and no longer service our area. Then stated she did not see a work order. The employees dont know what the other is doing. BEWARE.

I want to give them five stars. I'm still determining. they've been great but I know maybe they can be better.

My experience with Sequoyah Pools is very similar to other reviews posted here and on Facebook. Sequoyah Pools is your classic "pitch and ditch" service provider that talks a good game, but ultimately doesn't deliver. Jonathan Evans, co-owner, is a good guy that has great intentions, but doesn't have the team to back up his promises. For 16 months, I've pursued Jonathan and his staff to have my pool finished, but to no avail.

Text after text went unanswered. Call after call went unanswered. The staff is rude. The service team is abysmal. Unless you are interested in spending your time chasing down the unresponsive team at Sequoyah Pools through text, calls and face-to-face office visits, I would not use Sequoyah Pools. If you're interested in details, including texts to support my claims, please direct message me. Otherwise, avoid Sequoyah Pools at all costs.

In good faith, we hired this company to build our pool 12 yrs ago-also signed a contract to receive bi-weekly maintenance re: opening pool, check filters, valves, add salt, chlorine, add any chemicals needed, replace skimmer basket, etc., and to close pool and shut down the pool fountain at the end of season. (The pool was built good) This season we also paid for a pool light to be installed but it never was.

And we were charged for the light. 2 valves are not working within the pool which I reported. Which is Needed for the water Circulation. This has gone on all season. 2021. They agreed to fix anything needed per our maintenance contract. Yet, so often we've had to contact the main office to ask them (beg) to send out crews to check the pool Pump etc. when it's not working!

They just do not come. They say they will. But they don't. So very frustrating to see your pool water turn green and watch algae growing on ledge and top steps. Slime has now formed on the vacuum hose. Save your money folks. Do not waste your time with this company. Rip off! Seek out another reputable pool company please! Make sure they are legitimate business registered with the BBB! Lesson learned. I cannot endorse this company! They do not stand by their word.

READ THIS BEFORE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH SEQUOYAH POOLS! When our pump broke we called Sequoyah pools and pre-paid for them to replace it. There Sales Manager shows up with a new pump but he couldn't do the electrical work and we need to pay an Electricion to install. This company has ruined our summer time with our pool and will leave you the same if you don't pay. Call anyone else. Don't waste your time. I had them out to look at my lot and give me an estimate on the cost of a pool. They said that they would have a proposal ready for me in two weeks. After repeated phone calls, text messages, and voicemails, I still have not received a single communication back from Sequoyah, or the proposal I was promised, three months later. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how problematic it would be to deal with them once they have your money. I will take my business elsewhere.

We had Sequoyah Pool company come out and give us an estimate on installing a Gunite Pool. They were very professional and sent my estimate this morning.

We built an expensive pool and it took them nearly 6 months to complete our pool. We were told 6 wks. There was great weather and days of beautiful weather and no show after no show.

They finally finished my pool. Once my pool was finished, they never took the time to teach us how to use our remote operate our pool. I would never recommend these people run fast and do yourself a favor find another company.

Charlotte and Pam at Sequoyah Pools has always been my go-to girls when I need assistance. I manage several properties and Sequoyah Pools has always gone above and beyond on any pool related issues. They have been a pleasure to work with. They are caring, responsive and professional. They KNOW customer service and I highly recommend their services.

Who else gets to demand a 50% deposit and then earn interest on that deposit--while you are deprived of doing so--and provide zero service or product for that for MONTHS? The excuse of poor weather only works so long. I turned down other opportunities to get the work done, because I'd put down a deposit here. I kept thinking, "surely, tomorrow, or at least next week." I'm still waiting. Do yourself a favor and just keep looking. Don't waste your time--and your money--here.

What a great experience! Very impressed with the professionalism of the staff at Sequoyah Pools from our first planning meeting with Scott all the way through the final stages of the project. After-installation service has also been great- Josh has been prompt in responding to questions and stopping by to ensure all is well. Even their contractors were courteous, prompt, efficient and professional. Very pleased. Would recommend without hesitation.
