Immediate friendly greeting when I walked in. I ordered two pieces of glass to be cut to top my furniture. I was told they could have in done in two days I would get a call when they were ready for pick up. I received a call the next day from a nice gentleman letting me know my order was ready, I went in the next morning to pick up and was again greeted immediately, the price was very reasonable and both pieces were loaded in my car for me. One of the easiest transactions I've had in years! Thank you!

Wow, what a disappointment. I always thought highly of Pfaff's. Needed glass repaired. We have metal clad double pane windows. The outside pane was broke. Said they couldn't do it, it would be impossible to do without destroying the metal. Sent me to Poindexter Lumber to have the carpentry shop try to use a router to cut the metal. Poindexter Lumber said we cant do that, we don't know why Pfaff's keeps sending people down here. Anyhow they recommended Quality Glass. Wow, amazingly they did and for a bargain. Come on Pfaff's.if you can't do it, at least send people to who can even if it is your competition.

Love going to a new business with some speciality requests and they nail it the first time. Needed 3 very precise cabinet top cuts and a mirror square at the bottom and round at the tops to fit an existing frame. All done exact! The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Even gave me some rubber circles to put under the glass tops to raise them off the wood. Will definitely use them again for glass and mirror services!

The quality of the mirror we got is good but the rounded edges weren't so round, it cut my vinyl on the doorpost of my truck when the guy put it in the back seat. We also thought they should have provided cardboard or something to put around it to protect it. They said they have never done that in the 100 yrs they have been in business. I think this is a bad policy.

Very disappointed with their service. Wanted price on shower door, told to speak with Forest, called and left message, no return call, called again, he took info I waited 2 weeks for return call, no return call I called him, he did not remember exactly what I wanted so he priced a framed shower door, when I wanted a frameless, when I questioned him about the price his response was you don, t expect me to send someone all the way to your house for cheaper our rates are $120.00 per hour, needless to say he lost my business and I have let many people know what kind of service I received.
