We hired "Concrete Texturing" to do very small concrete and cool deck repairs then recoat/paint the entire pool/cool deck surface. Numerous problems from the get-go then afterwards. Their work started to flake off, peel off and bubble up right away. We called them to repair the problems, but they said because of COVID they said they couldn't fix it right away.
Over a year later it just gets worse every day. We called numerous times, but the "Boss" is always busy and can't talk to us. They promised to call us back at least 20 times. We get calls from car warranty people and other scammers, so we know our phones are working. The way we see it, they ripped us off and scammed us for over $5000, now we are forced to sue them. If you use them expect the same result, you will be throwing your money away.

Concrete Texturing is the best in town. If you call anyone else, you will get frustrated and you will be throwing money away. It is so difficult to find professional and dependable contractors in Las Vegas. No need to look any further for your pool deck repair and resurfacing needs. Guys worked hard but product he not durable. I had $10, 000.00 worth of contemporary hand cut overlay installed on October 2017. One of the big mistakes they made was just putting down a overlay all white with no color in it. The color stain added after epoxy product was dry just sits on top and never penetrates the overlay. They then put a high gloss sealer on top.
It's looks great but scratches easily. The big problem is that if anything is dragged on top it opens up into the white base. You drop something it opens up. It really is not a good outside product. Very disappointed with there product, materials used is not really good. Epoxy is not durable like my granite look epoxy floor done by Rax Masters, who also use a high gloss coating that looks wet. Rax Masters product doesn't not scratch, lift, or chip.
I will probably have them put there product on top of this one. Also, I called Concrete Texture a few weeks after and asked for some touch up stuff so I can patch up there product. They sent a guy out to look at my concerns then he said they would schedule someone to come out and fix the stuff I pointed out. It's been 7 months I have not seen anyone.
Like others have said once they have your money. You don't exist anymore. Called Concrete Texture on April 25, 2019 spoke to Crystal about my concrete texture bubbling and lifting. She asked me who was my salesman I told her the owner Tim Mathews she said she would talk to him and get back with me. A week past and she never called back so I called her. Crystal said they will talk about it today and get back with me.
Another week passed no one called me. I kept calling until I got someone. Another lady answered the phone and she said she would talk to Tim. Tim never called and after another week I finally got Crystal again. Crystal said Tim said they would repair it for a charge, she said Tim said that the acid is causing the problem. I told her I know that and, Tim and I talked about that before I gave him the job.
He said they would treat the areas and the problem would not come back. If it did come back they will take care of it under the 2 year warranty. It has not been 2 years and like others stated. Concrete Texture does honor their contracts and lacks integrity. Tim will see you and talk to you everyday until he gets the final payment, afterwards you cannot ever reach are talk to this guy again. Stay away from them, their ads in Home Magazines is just a trap they are not legit.

I paid $1,800 to have the area around my pool textured and painted. Later to clean off the bird and sprinkler stains I used a low pressure washer only to find out that the paint does not really stick to the concrete. The company told me they would fix it for $900 but it will happen again. I wish I knew that before I hired them.
