Locke Supply

Saved yet again. went in saturday to get the wire to hook up my meter rack to my house. I had to come in super late. The two guys that were left, which was Chris again, and an older guy, Robert i think was his name, super nice and understanding. i ended up picking out and paying for the wrong wire right at close, they let me return it and exchange the pipe and wire, ended up saving me over 700$. they told me to quit apologizing. thanks again guys and sorry one more time.

They always have what I need and are lepful if you ask. Otherwise, they leave you alone. Perfect!

Excellent customer service. I was a little overwhelmed walking into this massive hardware plumbing electrical store. It appears they have everything and more. I knew what I needed and actually stumbled upon the exact item I was trying to replace. Once I arrived at register I had many questions and the sales rep/cashier was patient and kind. It was a great experience!

These guys in the plumbing dept are just the best. Can't thank them enough for being so helpful and patient.

The new store in Bartlesville, is really nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Shelves clean and organized.

Not going to win many price wars, but they've saved me a return trip just by knowing what I was looking for and it's about 100x easier to find what you're looking for here than at Lowe's

GREAT COMPANY! Knowledge wise these guys are specialists and several levels above Lowe's or Home Depot in what they do. If you are in the plumbing department they know plumbing. If they are in HVAC they know HVAC. If you are in Electrical they know electric. The store is not as pretty as the a Home Depot but they have what you want, better quality, and at a better value for what you get. As a contractor store they are a quick in and out.

I echo everyone else's reviews: this is a place to find specific hardware at a better price than Lowe's or Home Depot, but with a more limited selection than those places, and a less "user-friendly" environment. It is for building professionals. I am NOT a building professional, but I do know how to change a faucet. I came here for a specific fitting on my shower faucet and they helped me.

They were NOT condescending and in fact took the time to explain the difference between two similar parts I was considering. It's a good addition to your usual Ace Hardware-Lowe's-Home Depot circuit of stores when you're doing major or minor plumbing or electrical work. I highly recommend them if you have something specific in mind (especially if it's hard to find), but if you're just a clueless consumer looking to pretty up your bathroom or kitchen, you might want to consider shopping somewhere else. Glad I found them!

Like Scott said this is a contractor store. It's not the place to go to get someone to look for that funny looking nut you got off of grandma's silver. The selection though - that's why you go here. There's literally anything you need to build a house at this place. In my case it was HVAC stuff and they had it all whereas Lowes has plumbing supplies but not the oddball sizes you need for HVAC. So if you know what you want and no one else has it, bring your billfold. You'll find it here!

This store is definitely set up for contractors. Some of the people are very condescending but a few are nice and helpful. It's no Lowe's but they carry things that no one else carries. Just know what you are looking for when you go.
