These guys are great! We talk with them anytime we are doing an outdoor project. The whole crew is extremely helpful and they do business the good old fashion way. You owe it to yourself to stop in if you are planning to do any projects that involve pavers or stone of any sort!

I only needed a 16 section of stone veneer as a small section fell off of the side of our house. Rocky Mountain Supply (RMS) was the only dealer in the area who carried the brand of veneer that matched the rest of our stone work. As it turns out, RMS does not stock the color I needed and the minimum order would be 20 feet of stone, way more than I was willing to purchase. Tiny, the salesman at the counter, told me he'd see what he could do and took my name and number.

I didn't figure on ever hearing from him again, but a few days later he called to say he had a piece of stone veneer that matched perfectly and I wasn't even charged for it. After adhering the stone, our house looks great again. The fact that Tiny thought outside of the box and worked to come up with a solution for a customer in which no profit was made indicates to me a company with strong character and a commitment to customer service (a rarity these days).

Came in to get 700 sqft of stone veneer to cover our fireplace inside and cover the brick on the outside of our home. We were greater by the salesman and I told him we needed stone veneer to cover existing brick, I started giving the floor salesman our measurements and he threw his hands up and said "I don't know what that means" and so I told him thats the size of the fireplace inside, the beginning of the total measurements we needed to cover.

He then threw his hands up again and "I dont know what that is" and I left. In no way will I work with a company who acts like a teenager. I will be informing my Facebook page of 276,000 followers of the same issue.

Beware when purchasing from this business. They will quote you one price on the phone and then a different price when they draw up the paperwork. Instead of verifying what you want before making a quote on a product, this company will use your lack of knowledge of all of the product jargon against you later and say that they will make a mistake in their pricing because they misunderstood what you wanted.

They will charge you whatever they choose as they have no pricing listed on any of their products. They have stated it is too hard for them to post pricing because they do not want to intimidate/confuse any of the contractors who come by the shop to make a purchase. By not posting prices for the general public, they seem to be intimating that the contractors are not smart enough to figure out that the pricing listed is for the general public but the general public needs to just deal with being given different prices verbally and in writing.

I stopped in on a whim with some questions about a small project we had. The man that helped me was so knowledgeable and helpful- I know it wasn't a huge sale for them, as I only bought $75 in materials, but I was so impressed with how easy they were to deal with. I highly recommend for any job, big or small!
