I have been trying to order 4 staplers for 3 months. Each time I call I have either been told that the salesperson is away or the manager is in a meeting. I have spoken with the same person each time.,a nd I feel like I am getting a run around. I have done business with Ace for 35 years. My calls are NEVER returned and each time I have called the man who answers the phone is very rude and apparently is not familiar with customer service. I was also hung up on. Is there someone there that wants to make a sale.
